This tutorial will show you where to get research help at the library.
From the libraries' homepage, click on the Ask logo.
There are many ways to get in touch with a librarian.
You can use the library chat system, send a text, or call the reference desk.
You can also email a librarian, visit a reference desk in person, or set up an individual appointment.
If you are researching within a specific subject
you can reach out to a subject specialist.
These are librarians who work with specific schools or departments.
If you'd like to find your specialist librarian you can click on the subject specialist link.
If you need research help on a specific topic, you can always use a research guide.
Research guides are collections of resources compiled by librarians and organized by topic.
On the left side, you can browse the topics with guides devoted to them.
You can also search using the search bar.
For now, let's click on the first guide title.
Each guide will provide different resources.
Which may include books, journals, or links to databases or websites.
A research guide is a great starting point when you begin researching a topic for a project.
Remember you can get in touch with a librarian any time you need help.
Research guides are compiled by librarians,
and these resources can help you make the most of your library.
