Web 2.0 is very interesting. We saw lot of things thought time was not enough. Our main constraint was to continue our daily duty at work during the week and we didn't have enough time for homework. Each person must continue the effort for himself because there are lot of possibilities with the tools. One main problem is the connectivity because Web 2.0 requires Internet connexion. Government should consider improving telecommunication infrastructure in Madagascar
