Hi everyone Welcome to the Power of Kabbalah course. Today we will start with the first session out of seven. And in this course, we are going to be introduced to the ancient teachings of Kabbalah. We are going to learn what is really the purpose of our existence. Why are we here? But the most important thing we are going to learn is how to transform our reality. We are going to learn that it is in our power to transform our reality by transforming our consciousness. We are going to learn practical tools that will help us to open our mind and our heart Of realizing that I can be the cause of my existence. And its up to me to improve my life And we don't have to be at the mercy of of luck, of good circumstances, or other people will do me favors. and will make my life better. We are the cause of our reality. What is Kabbalah? Kabbalah is not a religion. Kabbalah is an ancient teaching that helps us to understand The universal spiritual laws of life. Universal. For all mankind. Kabbalah is a teaching that helps us to understand the secrets and the meaning of life. For the purpose of helping us to understand the order that exists in this universe. There are perfect laws of cause and effect. Action and reaction in this world. But when we use only our limited part, our five senses, our limited perception, we don't see order, we don't see cause and effect. Through the help of the teachings of Kabbalah we will be able to connect the dots, and to see that there is purpose, there is meaning, in every action, every word, every energy we inject into life. We are planting a seed for our own reality. The word "Kabbalah" comes from the ancient word in Hebrew, in Aramaic, "to receive." It helps us to understand the objective of what life is really all about. We all have a right to receive true and lasting fulfillment. The reason we are not is because we are not tapping our potential.

The purpose of the teachings of Kabbalah and the tools of Kabbalah To help us access that unlimited potential that all of us have and to attract true and lasting fulfillment in our lives. The Kabbalese share, that as enough people are able to get to their potential of true and lasting fulfillment, removing pain and suffering, that will affect collectively the whole world of removing pain and suffering from the entire world, and bringing true and lasting fulfillment to our planet. Let's start with a brief history of Kabbalah. The teachings of Kabbalah started from the beginning of life. Actually Adam was the first one, that it was revealed to him in a divine way, the secrets of life and the meaning of life. But the first one that wrote a book about Kabbalah was Abraham the Patriarch, some 4,000 years ago. and that book was named the Book of Formation, or Sefer Yetzirah. The entire book was 3 pages long, that contained the secrets of life. But if you or me would try to understand from this book what life is about, and why are we here, and told to transform our relationships, our business, our inner feelings, we would not have a clue how to relate it to life. It was written in a coded way. 3,400 years ago, we all heard about a revelation in Mt. Sinai. When Moses brought down the Torah. The Kabbalese explain that the Torah is much more than just a book of laws or religion, the Torah is a cosmic code to understand life. And in the Torah the teachings and secrets of Kabbalah were given as well, to all the nations of the world but it was given orally. It was taught from one person to another, not yet in a written form. 2,000 years ago, that is when the main and complete book of Kabbalah was given to the people. It was channeled and written down by Rav Shimon bar Yochai. Even today, we have the entire set of Zohar, 23 volumes, originally written in Aramaic Zohar it is already translated into many languages, including English, in our time. The book of Zohar is the main body of knowledge that all ancient Kabbalese base the teachings of Kabbalah on. The book of the Zohar speaks about how the universe began. Creation, what happened before the Big Bang? The teachings of the Zohar speak about that there are 10 dimensions to our life. We are connecting usually to the very lower parts of the dimensions. The teachings of the Zohar help us to understand: why are we here? The secrets of relationships. The secrets of astrology. The secrets of planting the seeds to transform our reality. The teachings of the Zohar help us to understand that there is a universal force in this world. It is not the God that is sitting on a throne and pulling the strings and punishing and rewarding. The Zohar calls that force, "the light force." The infinite force of goodness and giving. And the Zohar teaches us, that it is up to us to allow the light, the force of fulfillment in or to block the light from connecting to our life. Throughout the entire course, we are going to read special passages from the Zohar, because the Kabbalese teach us, that not just the wisdom of Kabbalah is powerful, actually the words themselves of the Zohar they make shapes as power, and energy to help us connect to our true potential, and ignite our soul. Recent scientific revelations were already written in the Zohar thousands of years ago. If Galileo is the one that explored that our planet is not flat, is round, the Zohar spoke about it 2,000 years ago. If Sir Isaac Newton spoke about the fact that white light consists of all the colors of the spectrum, the Zohar spoke about it thousands of years ago. If Einstein spoke about the theory of relativity, that time is variable, and it is relative, and it depends what perception we have, the Zohar spoke about it thousands of years ago. And more, and more, and more. You might be surprised to know that many philosophers, many great thinkers, like Pythagoras, Sir Isaac Newton, Shakespeare, Liebnitz, one of the greatest mathematicians, they were all students of Kabbalah. They based much of their philosophies, their science, their revelations, on the ancient teachings of the Zohar and Kabbalah. You can go to Trinity College in Cambridge, and you can find the old set of the Zohar in Latin that Sir Isaac Newton studied. There is a lineage of great Kabbalists since Rav Shimon Bar Yohai. Since 2,000 years ago. That one was revealing and teaching to a small group of people the teachings of Kabbalah, and about 500 years ago a great Kabbalese named Rav Isaac Luria made a huge attempt, through his writing, through his wisdom, to bring down the Kabbalah more to the people. by writing "The Gates of Reincarnation," "The Gates of Meditation," "The Gates of the Tree of Life." and again, continue the lineage of Kabbalah and in the last century, Rav Ashalg, in 1922, was the one that really started the Kabbalah center. He started with the vision that the Zohar spoke about, of opening the gates of the teachings of Kabbalah to the people, to the masses. His student was Rav Brandwein, and his student was the Rav Berg, and Karen Berg, who are the present Deans of the Kabbalah Center. And they are the ones that started in 1971 Teaching these ancient teachings and bringing down these teachings to the laymen. They are the ones that opened centers all over the world. They are the ones that gave you and me the gifts of being introduced to these principles, in relation to life, in relation to improving our life. Tools to help us achieve true and lasting fulfillment in our life. The purpose of this first session is to help us see that actually our consciousness controls our reality. And in this first session we will realize that if we use our five senses alone, to perceive our reality, to jump to conclusions, to make decisions, we will not get far. It will cause our reality, our existence, our life, our relationships to continue to be limited and not reach its true potential. Let's look at the Wheel of Life. Let's look at the different compartments we have in life. From career and profession, health and ageing, relationships, whether intimate relationships or general relationships, personal finances, family, and spirituality. If you look at your own life, you would say "yes, when it comes to personal relationships, from 1 to 10, maybe I would say, 'I'm 4.' When it comes to personal finances, I'm 3. Career and profession, I feel I'm starting to manifest myself, I'm 7. When it comes to family, 2." So each one of us has different ways to gauge I'm happy, I'm not so happy. I'm satisfied, I'm not so satisfied. Because it's not really about what other people say about us, it's about the level of satisfaction that we have. But I am sure that all of us can admit that in certain areas in the Wheel of Life I feel stuck. I feel blocked. I feel limited. I feel that as much as I'm trying, to push myself, as much as I am trying to push myself to the next level, I feel limited. I feel blocked. I have repetitive patterns of issues in my relationships. As much as I am trying to break out of my box in business, I feel stuck and limited. And I am trying with the best intentions, with different courses, to to try to change, to push harder, and I'm still blocked. And in spirituality - whatever you perceive as spirituality. Some people perceive it as religion, how many times I am going to Church, to the Synagogue, meditate, pray, to myself, or I'm a good person, so you have your own way to gauge your level of satisfaction in that level. But actually what we are going to learn, that in the same way a tree, starting with a seed, and you cannot have an orange tree if you planted a banana seed, or apple seed; you are not going to have an orange tree, according to the seed that you plant that's what type of tree you are going to have, In the same way exactly it is in life. The physical reality which all of us are wishing to improve, the level of satisfaction. In every aspect of our life, it is like the tree. It is the world of symptoms. It is the world of results. It is the world of manifestations. But the seed, it is consciousness. Where my consciousness is. Unlike other beliefs, spirituality is not just one compartment in life, the Kabbalese teach. Spirituality is the consciousness that I have that will affect every area in my life. It is the overriding will over all aspects of the Wheel of Life. So the Kabbalese explain: the seed to a tree, is my consciousness over the various aspects of my life. As I raise my consciousness, I will elevate and improve different areas of life. What is consciousness? It starts with my mind, will affect my beliefs system, will affect my thoughts, my feelings, and my reality. and through the course of Kabbalah, we are going to learn, actually, the different levels of our consciousness, and we are going to learn, if we want to shift and create changes in our lives, if I will feel blocked in my relationships, the question the Kabbalese would ask is: "what do I need to change in my consciousness that is causing me constantly to attract the same limited partner into my life?" Or the same blockage in my business. So when a Kabbalese speaks about the Tree of Life, that reveals 10 levels of consciousness, it is the ladder of consciousness that exists within each one of us. the lower part is the body consciousness, the lower consciousness. The reactive consciousness, the ego consciousness. The higher part is our soul consciousness, our elevated consciousness. As we learn the tools to transform our consciousness, As we learn, actually, what is causing our lives to be stuck and blocked, which is areas that mean consciousness is blocked, we are able to see, actually, changes and transformations in our lives. The purpose of the teachings of Kabbalah is to give us tools to transform our consciousness from one to another, to another, and some of you will ask: "will after 7 classes, I will be able to transform completely my consciousness?" My friends, it is a lifetime of work. To really work on achieving our true and lasting potential. As long as we are in this world, we need to push to the next level, next level, next level. And as we do so, we will see results in our lives. A tree just doesn't appear suddenly. A seed started the tree. Our life, our blockages, our blessings, our miracles, don't just appear suddenly. Consciousness affects our reality. If I want changes in a lasting way, not just in a temporary way, and then there's cares attached to it, the shift has to be internal, not external. What is the first tool we would like to learn to take control of our consciousness? To start to move away from the bottom of the ladder, from the body consciousness? The first subject we are going to learn is the limitations of our 5 senses. When I am basing my decisions, basing my conclusions, basing my assumptions of what's right and what's wrong just based on what I see, feel, and touch, according to my external perceptions, I will be misled. And I would like to read a verse from the ancient Zohar. In Aramaic, with the translation in English, just to connect to that first lesson. You can find this verse of the Zohar I am going to read in volume 17 portion bar yotrah, verse 61. Come and behold! There is a dress that is visible to everyone. The fools, when they see a person dressed beautifully, who appears to them distinguished by his clothing, do not observe any further; they judge him according to his distinguished apparel and consider the dress as the body of man, and the body of the person, like his soul. What the Zohar tells us practically is that we cannot trust our senses, our emotions, based on our instant feelings. We can feel in love, and we can feel it's such a real emotion, and I love that person, and I feel such a connection to that person, to realize later on I can't stand that person! Why? Because later on I realize who the person really is! So how come I had such a deep feeling towards that person? Because somehow, those feelings that I had were based on external judgements, and appearance or certain belief systems that I had about someone that will be the best for me, and he or she was exactly true to that belief system, of expectation, which might have been a total illusion. When we judge things externally and we jump to conclusions based on them, we will have illusory perception, and as a result attracting mistakes and cares in our lives. And that's about every area in life. Rav Berg helped us with certain terminology That will make it easier to understand the concept of the limited and unlimited ways of seeing reality. And Rav Berg named the limited way to see reality, "the one percent reality." The reality that is based on seeing life through the 5 senses. The reality that we are reacting to things, in an impulsive way. Things are bad! I'm out of my mind, I'm losing it. I'm angry, I'm upset, I'm hurt, I'm worried! Things are good! I'm so excited. That one percent reality, that the physical circumstances are affecting my mind, affecting my feelings, and I am ruled by them and I believe in them so much and things that appear bad right away, my God, it's bad! When things appear great, it's great! But there is another reality, which we all have the ability to access, called "the ninety nine percent reality." The 99% reality is the reality that I see life without the filters, without the curtains of our ego, of our limitations, of our fears, of our 5 senses, and I am able to see that everything has a purpose. That everything has a reason, That everything actually it is for the good. How the dots are connected. When I'm connecting to the 99% reality, I'm starting to realize, actually, That every thought, every action, every word, I am planting a seed for my own reality. And it's all connected. When I'm connecting to the 99% reality, I realize things don't happen suddenly, I am the cause of my reality, There is no such thing as "bad misfortune," everything has its purpose, its goal to help me to grow, to help me to ascend. And that is the fight all of us have within us. When we are at the bottom of the ladder of consciousness, when we are ruled by the body consciousness, we jump to conclusions based on the 1% reality. It's good, it's bad. If things appear good, if I had a good day towards me, people were nice to me, people gave me love, things in business were great, I'm happy, I'm content. When things are a little challenging, I am shut down. I'm fearful, I'm sad, leave me alone right now. I'm worried, I'm uncertain: that's when I'm stuck to the 1% reality. But when we connect to the 99% reality, we are able to see actually the blessings in life in spite of what things look like. Sometimes, in spite of how great someone looks or a situation looks, when I'm connecting to the 99% I realize, my gut feeling tells me, actually, it is not the best business deal for me. Actually, I feel something is wrong with this relationship. On paper it looks amazing, On a picture it looks amazing, but something deeper is missing. Very often, we can connect to the 99% reality, to the big picture, through our intuition, through our gut feeling, but most of the time, unfortunately, We see life through the 1%, and as a result, we attract limited reality. Because the 1% reality connects us to the bottom of the consciousness, to the body consciousness, which as a result, will attract low physical reality in our lives. When I'm in a dark moment, in a fearful moment, in a painful moment, in an emotional, aching moment, when somebody will come to me, and will offer something that will relieve exactly an aspect of my pain, I will jump to conclusions: this is an amazing person, I love that person. I will bring that person into my life. Or, somebody who can exactly teach me and share with me something that I need in life, because I'm not in the right mindset. I will jump to conclusions, it's the wrong person in my life. Or even the basics. That, when something appears painful, when I am challenged at work, when I am challenged because somebody just attacked me and judged me for something, which I perceive as bad and I am running away from even dealing with that situation, because in my mind it's bad! In my 1% mind it's bad. But imagine you will be able to see the blessing, the bigger picture behind that challenge! The Kabbalese explain actually, something that appears as the biggest challenge, has within it, the biggest blessings. If you take the known picture of the vase, look at this image of the vase. Is it a vase? Yes it is a vase! But if you try to shift your perception a little bit, you realize actually, it's two faces. looking at each other. Is it a vase? Or is it two faces? When I search for the two faces, I see the faces. When i search for the vase, I see the vase. The same thing is life. When I choose to see the chaos in something, when I choose to decide that this challenge is bad for me, because of the 1% perception, I will see chaos from it. I will keep attracting pain from it. If I choose to blame someone, and to find what's wrong with them, I will find what's wrong with them. And I will have a whole picture, and a whole moving that my ego will paint in my mind. That they are the cause of my misery. But if I choose to connect, to see the blessing in the situation, To see the lessons I can learn from that, If I choose to connect to that perception which is the 99% perception, the bigger picture, I'm going to grow from it, and only blessings will come out of it. When I'm jumping to conclusions based on the 1%, the body consciousness, the lower part of seeing reality, I will blame, I will be a victim, I will see what's wrong with the other person, I will rush and jump to conclusions, I would not see the big picture. When things would be great I would say "I did it." When things are bad, I would always blame someone else. We have to understand: even things appearing painful, I and you have a choice to connect to the bigger picture. It doesn't have to be painful. Even though the feeling feels real. A guy that has major knee problems who can't stand more than half an hour, when he's next to the tables in Vegas suddenly he can stand straight for 10 hours, how come? Pain is pain, isn't it? It depends. It's relative to what I'm doing. It's relative to where my mind is. When you are going to the gym and the pain is real, somehow, you keep going! And you keep training, and you keep pushing yourself, because somehow you know, maybe it appears very painful, but it's temporary, if you will push through it, good things will happen. And then, the next day, it's not as painful. We give so much power to what we feel and what we see and what we touch. The founder of the Kabbalah Center, Rav Ashlag, in 1922, wrote in his book "Wisdom of Truth" an amazing rule of nature. He is saying, "imagine that you and me are coming from outer space. and we never observed people or animals. And we see a baby being born, and we see a calf being born. And we see the baby, cannot take care of itself, hopeless, senseless, cannot move it doesn't have any instinct to stay away from fire, actually we are the only creature - human beings - that do not have a natural instinct to stay away from fire over other types of dangers. Only after we are burned we will not do it again. Which, next to the little baby, you have a little calf, just was born. Within a few minutes it's walking, can see, knows to stay away from a fire, from a cliff, and you have never seen these creatures before. Which would you think is the more evolved, developed, and intelligent creature? The baby, or the calf? Obviously the calf, because that's what I see! The 1% perception is seeing things now. And jumping to conclusions based on what I see now and feel now. That's what I see, that's what I feel. But actually, what does nature teach us? Nature teaches us that the more mature, more evolved, more developed the creature, the animal, is at the beginning of its process in birth, will be less mature, less evolved less intelligent at the end. And vice versa. The least mature, evolved, developed, intelligent creature, human beings, will be the most at the end. That teaches a big lesson. It's not just about a baby, and a calf. It's about how when I'm jumping to conclusions based on what I see now "wow, something appears bad! Something appears not evolved!" I don't see the big picture. Don't jump to conclusions. There is a bigger picture, there is the final destination of that creature, which is a developed and intelligent human being. I cannot jump to conclusions based on how it looks, and that's with the 1%. It doesn't let me see the big picture. The ability to see the big picture starts with the ability to pause when I see something, when I feel something. Amazing, great, or horribly bad, pause. It's nice, but it's not yet the big picture. Don't ignore that feeling, But it's only 1%. If you want to jump to conclusions based on that, you connect to your body consciousness, which will attract the lowest reality and chaos into our lives. And that's as if a great business deal comes in front of you, with no risks at all! Or an amazing great connection that you have with someone, who you are dating, or with a friend, or with advice, or with a quick fix about something. We're not saying it's not a blessing: maybe it is a blessing! But pause. It's not necessarily the big picture. It's a small picture. In order to develop the sense of seeing the bigger reality, the 99%, I need, actually, to pause, and to ask: please, the universe, my soul, the unlimited force of the universe, allow me to see the bigger picture. Let my intuition connect to something bigger than this. But by merely robotically reacting that's what we are, we are reacting, how do you know that reaction is body consciousness? Because there is no choice. It's impulsive, it's robotic, I am reacting with excitement, I am reacting with sadness, I am reacting with anger, I am reacting with blame. And it's happening to us day to day! We wake up in the morning with a bad mood! It'll be a bad day, because I am not sure what is the vision of my day, I don't see great meeting coming my way, but the Kabbalese are saying, "if you wake up with actually bad feelings and bad mood, if you are going to transform it and not believe it, you are probably going to have the best day of your life! Because we have a choice: we don't have to let how things feel and look become our reality! Our consciousness is our reality. Do I want to be stuck into the 1% consciousness or the 99% consciousness? When we connect to the 1% consciousness, we are so surprised when negative things are happening in an unexplainable way. When unfair things happen to us, when misfortune comes into our lives, things happen suddenly, as we mentioned before. Things don't just happen suddenly. When I live a 1% life, and it's all about external judgement, and it's all about me, me, me, and receive, receive, receive, And life is not fair towards me, and I am oblivious to the type of energy I am injecting into my life, and the type of consciousness I have in life, yeah, things will happen suddenly. Sometimes good, sometimes bad! But actually things do not happen suddenly. For every reality, for every tree, there is a seed that starts it. For every reality, there is a consciousness, there is an action, there is an intention that is starting it. If my intention about the business deal, for example, it's all about what I'm going to get from it, and receive from it, and how amazing it's going to be, I am going to assure you: the type of seed that you planted is 1% seed, that will manifest itself as not much success, maybe success temporarily, but then some cares will be involved in it. It would be great if we take the time now to reflect and to internalize what we just learned. And I would like to ask you a question. The question is: look at your life, look back at your life. At times, when things appeared amazing, and great, and you were so excited about it, and it turned out to be negative things in your life. And look at your life, when things appeared negative at a time. And it brought sadness into you, and fears, and worry, and later on it turned out to be a huge blessing in your life. This is an example, how, by judging reality based on the 1% alone, you miscalculate and you misjudge the reality. So take responsibility, it doesn't have to be a big thing. It can be a big or small thing. About a business partner, about a business situation, about relationships, about divorce, about disease, so please go ahead. This is just reminding me that recently a friend from London that was working for a bank, he was an investment banker, after he had a great job, a nice apartment in the middle of London, a great salary, he got a notice that he just lost his job. In two weeks, you will no longer have the great job that paid you and allowed you to pay the bills, and allowed you to support your family so beautifully. And initially, you know, 1%: very reactive. He couldn't stand it. He called his Kabbalah teacher. And he said "stop one second. It appears this way, 1%, I am not going to give in to it. I am not going to let myself be so reactive and believe it is so bad for me, even though it's my nature to be scared, to be stressed out, to have anxiety, Pause. Don't react. It's only the 1%. Believe it or not, four days later, he got an offer to work for a hedge fund, six months later, he became a partner in the hedge fund, and since then, which is two years, he has been very successful. It transformed his life to the next level. Later on, actually, he saw that he was not happy working for that bank, he was too secure, and he didn't manifest his potential and his true creative side. It was an opportunity for him to go to the next level. If he had been stuck into perceiving that that, losing the job, was such a horrible thing for him, and he would stay in that victim state, it would have blocked the blessings to come his way. Sometimes the biggest blessings come in the moments that we don't see at all where the blessing comes from. But you have to remember, I cannot trust my senses, I do not see the big picture. I do not see the big picture even physically. Science is telling us that 99.999% of physical matter is illusion, it's empty space! It looks physical: the movement of the electrons is causing an illusion of the physical reality! The truth is: it's 99% illusion. There is no physical, solid, thing. It's actually space, empty space. So we believe so much our senses, do we see electromagnetic waves? In spite of the fact we don't see them, we cannot live without them! We don't function without them. So only what I see is real, and only what I feel is real? It is a small picture of our reality. The problem is, part of our 1% is our brain. Smart, logical, rational, and even though theoretically we would believe that we are limited with our five senses, but very often, the logical rational mind will tell me, "but I'm right! But I see the picture right!" You know something? I can be brilliant, I can have 210 IQ, and I can still make the same repetitive mistake with a relationship, several bad relationships, and still similar types of bad ones. And my brain didn't help me! Because brains, they can be the smartest that they can, but I am still in the 1%. Because limitations, it's not brain limitations. It's metaphysical curtains that don't let us see really what's going on. Don't let us see how I'm causing to attract the same negative person into my life. Our ego makes us so much into ourselves, and as a result actually, we don't read people, we don't feel people. So it's not about being smart, or being brilliant, that's part of our 1% system! 1% reality, the body consciousness! Which is about, I'm right! Later on I might admit, but in the moment, I am right! And I am more right than you! Look at arguments! We are all fighting because we are so sure that we are right, why? Because I feel it and I see it! And I hear it! And it's mine! And it's so real! Does it really serve us? How does it serve you that you are fighting to prove to the other person that you are right and they are wrong? In that moment, it feels energizing, but does it really serve you? Obviously, the answer is no. At the same time, we all have an option. We all have the ability to access the 99%. Where all the unlimited blessings are really coming from. Which are not far out there in the cosmos, actually, within each one of us! Take, for example, Mozart. He would say about himself that all his musical compositions, it didn't take him, to write, hours and hours, he heard it at a glance. And only then, he wrote down the music. He saw, he felt, he connected to that reality, the bigger picture, it's already there! Beyond logic, beyond rationales! And only then he brought it down into the 1%, into writing the notes. Einstein got his Nobel prize for what? For imagination! What is imagination? Seeing the bigger picture, in spite of the brain. Do you remember this table of elements in chemistry? Mendelev is a Russian scientist that came up with that. Do you know how he got it? He had a dream and he saw the entire table of elements! And then, as a smart scientist, he brought it down to the 1%. A dream? How is it possible? What does it mean? We all have the ability to access the 99%, the bigger picture, beyond our rational mind. Even those scientists, I am sure that many of you have had, or heard about people that had dreams that came true. How is it possible to dream about something that in only 3 days will happen? The future is the future, isn't it? In the 1%, the future is unknown. If I am connecting to the 99% the future is already in the present. And we all have the ability to access that 99% but as long as I am ruled by my body consciousness, my lower reactive consciousness, the jump to conclusions based on what I see and what I feel, and convince me and others that I am right, even when I am so insecure, I can't stand myself, I don't like myself I don't see, I'm not smart enough, that's also 1%! I believe it! I believe that limitation. And because I believe that limitation, I will attract limitations into my life! But we all have the ability to access the 99%. Each one of us is brilliant and connected in certain areas in our life to the 99%. Think about it in your own life. Some of us are intuitive with kids, some of us are intuitive with solving a problem, some of us are naturally musical, natural in sports, natural in communicating with crowds of people, natural in listening and allowing people to open up to us, we all have a natural talent, and I want you to pause for a second. Pause. And write down to yourself, in what area in your life you are naturally connected to the 99%. Where you are naturally intuitive. In spite of logic, in spite of the brain, in spite of thinking, it just comes to you. Because all of us are. Please, write it down for yourself. So, as we saw, all of us have areas in our lives where we are in touch. We see the bigger picture. But it's limited areas. In most of the areas, and especially the areas where I would like to improve my life, I'm stuck into the 1%. And the first lesson that we learn today to raise my consciousness towards my soul consciousness, is to start to break out of my 1%. To start to question when I feel, when I see, when I react to the immediate situation, one second: is it the bigger picture? The fact that I am asking that question, I am beginning to raise my consciousness, and permitting my reality to improve. I am literally shifting my reality. We spoke at the beginning that, in life, in the different compartments of life, in the wheel of life that we describe, there is areas I am good, areas I am blocked, areas I am limited, there is areas I am more satisfied, areas I am not satisfied. The root cause to improve the level of satisfaction and true and lasting fulfillment in every aspect of my life depends on my consciousness. And we are starting to learn, what does it mean, consciousness? When I am listening to my body consciousness, to the reactive consciousness, to the jumping to conclusions consciousness, to "I am right, and you are wrong" consciousness, to the suddenly consciousness: things happen with no reason, you are the fault, you are the cause of my misery, I am stuck to that body consciousness, that will attract negative realities in my life. It might appear, for a second, good, I might have instant gratification and it feels good for a second, but in the long term, it will not improve my life. But as I am learning to step outside of that limited consciousness, and raising towards my soul consciousness, and gradually we are going to learn more and more tools to do so, I will see shifts in my life. And for the first lesson, before you move to the next lesson, before we just react, "I want to learn what's the next lesson!" I would like you to spend some time to observe and try to apply in your life the idea that every time you face a situation, that make you reactive in a negative way, or in a positive way, say "Pause!" Tell yourself, "Pause!" Don't react. It's only the 1%. Help me to see the bigger picture. I want to connect to my soul consciousness. Just start there. Start to pause the robotic buttons of our life. To permit shifts of awareness, shifts of perception, and as a result, shifts of reality. In the next class, we are going to be introduced to the source and seed of creation, how did it all begin? We will understand what really God is about. What that infinite energy of goodness is about. And we will raise a big question. If there is a force of goodness in this world, how come there is suffering and pain? Why are we really here? Why is there even an option to be stuck into the 1%? Why do we need to go through a struggle? And next session, we are going to address really the theory of what life is all about. Based on the ancient Kabbalese. Thank you very much.
