What I learned from the 2009 Survey is that the HR function must continuously support the business of the company
to help the company evolve, and that HR must ensure that it is central to these business activities
and that it is always prepared to defend the company's values.
For 2010, clearly to support the company's business.I believe that HR's priorities are the same as those of the company:
to support and assist innovation and growth and, in terms of HR-specific responsibilities,
to support employee diversity (nationalities, disabilities, etc.),
because companies like ours today are globalized and have a worldwide presence.
What is going to change is that we no longer have the same certitudes
that we did in the past and we will be constantly forced to be just as agile
as we are now in order to adapt ourselves frequently and repeatedly.
