HARAG: egy definíció
Anger is in itself
a secondary feeling. It's not a primary feeling.
It rises on top of
other feelings, so it's a secondary feeling,
covering primary feelings of hurt, fear,
or sense of loss.
It maybe directed to the person that's frustrating you,
including yourself; can be placed, displaced onto another,
and it can be turned inward, against the self.
And then it becomes an emotion, when it is expressed externally.
So there is a difference between feelings and emotions.
Anger is a feeling or emotional response
to hurt, fear, frustration,
helplessness and loss.
It is there to serve us, and it comes
from the Stream of Life.
Responsible anger includes Permission and respect for Boundaries.
Violence has no permission
and crosses Boundaries with an intention to harm
and/or control.
