>> Hello and welcome. I'm Tara, and you may recognize my colleague and fellow grad Noah, your Facebook moderator this year. >> Hi, everyone. >> We want to be the first to say congratulations on becoming an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. As a graduate, you're joining a community of 100,000 Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches around the world who are making a difference in the lives of their friends, families, and clients. This is a huge accomplishment. We know that this past year has been full of transformations, we've seen it in the Facebook group, and in the emails that you've sent us, and we cannot wait to see what you do moving forward as graduates. So take a second and let that really sink in. Getting to this point was no easy feat, and we are so proud of you. Tonight, we are celebrating the end of your Health Coach Training Program and the beginning of your next steps as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. >> Yeah, we are so excited to be here with you guys tonight as you take your next steps on your journey as a Health Coach. You now have the tools to create a career you completely love and impact thousands or even millions of people. The sky is the limit. We're here now to celebrate and inspire you to keep moving in the direction of your dreams. You'll hear some messages from Joshua and one from Jeanette Walker, one of your Coaching Circle coaches, and we'll lead you through several exercises to help keep your momentum going. >> All right, let's take care of some technical housekeeping before we get into the celebration. We have Education Team member Wendy in the Facebook group to answer any questions you may have, so take a second and say hi to her and your fellow grads. >> If you're not already in the Facebook group, that's okay, we missed you, but don't worry, you can join us now. Click the link on the Connect page of the Learning Center and hit Join Group. This is a great way to connect with your classmates, and join the celebration live tonight. >> Facebook will also be where you should go if you encounter any issues during tonight's celebration. Our moderator will be there to share any issues on our end. Now if the video starts to break up or you can't see or hear us, try refreshing your web page, if that doesn't work, close out of your browser completely and then try logging in again. >> It's also helpful to make sure you're using the browser that's most up-to-date on your computer. If you're still struggling to connect with us, again, reach out to Wendy on Facebook, and she'll help you out. >> Okay, now that we have taken care of housekeeping, let's get to the fun part. Celebrating you, on behalf of Joshua and all of us here at IIN, we want to honor you and let you know how incredibly proud of you we are. >> Speaking of Joshua, he wants to give you a warm welcome to the celebration and say congratulations. >> Hi, everyone. Congratulations on graduating. I know you've worked so hard to get through the curriculum. I want to thank you, acknowledge, and appreciate you for your interest and passion not only in health, nutrition, diet, and lifestyle, but in helping other people. I want to assure you that you know enough, you know way more than the average person. It doesn't mean you need to know everything about everything, or as much as Mark Hyman or as much as I do, the main thing is that you know much more than your clients. You want to be able to find ways to share that with people. You do not have to be perfectly healthy. When I started, I was still smoking. I had health concerns then, I have health concerns now. I'll bet you're glad I didn't wait until I quit smoking and had perfect health 'cause I still would not be a Health Coach. So please know you are good enough. The world needs you, people need you. You just open your door and look at the world, and you can see that by sharing what you already know with people, you can make an enormous difference in the lives of so many others. I'm very proud to welcome you to the IIN alumni community. Please continue to study with us. We have so many more options available for you to develop your business skills, your coaching skills, your understanding, and intelligence around helping people to reclaim their health. Simply by helping 10 people, you know that they will help other people and you too will be part of the ripple effect to change the world, to make a difference in the world so that we have a healthy, happy, and conscious planet. Thank you. >> What Joshua said is so true. You know enough and you are needed. There are far more people who need help than there are Health Coaches. You are the future of healthcare. >> Yes, we can't wait to see what you've been up to over the last year and what's up for you next. You guys are so incredible, and I can't tell you what it means to us, here at IIN, to work with you and to watch you grow. You inspire us every day. Now as a graduate, continued support will help you keep moving in the direction of your dreams. The IIN community is incredibly supportive, and I'm sure you already have fellow graduates in mind who you want to stay connected to. I know we've said it before, but there really is nothing like the IIN community. The energy among our students and grads is infectious and inspiring. We're so grateful to be part of this community and to work alongside each and every one of you to make this world a better, healthier and happier place. >> Absolutely, I love the energy of IIN, the students, the alumni, the staff, it is so positive and unique and inspiring. So now speaking of energy, we're going to shift gears a little bit and get centered with a meditation break. Use this time to focus on yourself, get centered, and reflect on how far you've come. >> So first, get comfortable, rest your feet on the ground, and close your eyes while Tara guides you through a meditation. >> Start by just noticing your breath. Don't change it. Just observe how it moves in and out of your body. On the inhale, let your abdomen expand fully. And on the exhale, let it contract naturally. If you have thoughts or worries popping into your mind, that's okay, just keep coming back to your breath, in and out. Now continue to take some time to just breathe, in and out. Nothing to do, nowhere to go, just breathing with us here and now. Now take some time to think back on the moment that you decided to become a student at IIN. What was it that first inspired you to join the school? What were you feeling in that moment? Stay with that feeling for a minute. And now think back on your journey this past year. Think about the moments you've experienced throughout the past year that stand out to you in your process. It could be anything, from a lecture you watched that really resonated with you to an aha moment about yourself, your health, or your life. It could be the first Health History you did or connecting with a classmate. It could be something you think is completely unrelated to your studies here. Just really absorb everything that has happened for you over the last year. Whether it seemed at the time positive or negative, it changed you, it helped you grow, and you are a different person now because of it. So take a moment to think about exactly where you are right now on your graduation day, what has changed, how you have changed, how you have grown since you've first decided to embark on this journey. Take a few breaths to let all of that change and growth sink in and be appreciated. Whatever happened this year, you made it. You're here, and you are a different person than you were a year ago. Acknowledge how far you've come and all the progress you've made over the course of this journey, and just continue to breathe. Now as you think about how far you've come, you might be thinking, "What's next?" Maybe you have a lot of inspiring ideas and you're trying to figure out what to focus on. Maybe you have a block or a problem with something that you'd like to move past. Perhaps, regardless of where you are and what you want, some guidance, some inspiration might be helpful. Wherever you are, take a moment now thinking about your next steps after the celebration and just breathe and listen. Release the need to know right now. Release the idea that whatever you're hearing or not hearing makes sense or doesn't makes sense, the body works in mysterious ways and might not make sense right at this moment, just listen and breathe, and see what comes up. Just keep breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Guidance, your next steps always lie within you. You already know what to do. Just breathe and turn inward. Feel whatever comes up, sensations in your body, thoughts, just be with them and keep breathing. Take a few more moments to be still, breathe, listen, and feel so grateful that we can tap into our wisdom whenever and wherever we want. Now start to bring your attention back to the present moment, your physical body, and your surroundings. Take your time. Maybe take a second to write things down that came up for you throughout this meditation. Or just continue to sit in stillness and breathe for a few more moments. Finally, if you haven't already, open your eyes and come back to us. >> Ah! That was great. Thank you, Tara, for leading us in that meditation. Meditation is a huge key to success. And as you know, everyone is different, so one thing doesn't work for everyone, bio-individuality. There are lots of different ways you can meditate. You can listen to music, go for walks in nature, run, do yoga, or try guided meditation. Whatever helps you feel quiet on the inside and present to your intuition, that's where your answers are going to be. Now we have some more inspiration for you from someone who was exactly where you are now just a few years ago. We know you all loved your Coaching Circles, and they're so proud of your hard work this year. To celebrate you and support you in your next steps as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, let's hear from one of your awesome coaches Jeanette Walker. >> Jeanette joined IIN as a student in 2008. Besides her work as one of our awesome Coaching Circle coaches, her health coaching practice focuses on people who struggle with weight and stress management. Jeanette combines her experience as a former chef and personal trainer to offer cooking classes, movement classes, workshops, group classes, and VIP days to support her clients. >> I'm so excited to be able to congratulate you on your graduation from IIN. Having graduated in June 2008, there was never a day that I did not celebrate the gifts that IIN shared with me. I'm sure you're feeling excited and happy. This part of your journey is complete, but also sad that the connection, the release of modules, and hearing Joshua's wisdom is over. I can say that over all these years that I have been coaching, Joshua and his team and all the glorious speakers are always in my heart and my soul and continue to feed me on my life's journey of coaching. I wish this gift to all of you as well. Knowing that you're part of an incredible community built on love, caring, and sharing, as you go forward in keeping this ripple effect going with the wonderful gifts you personally have, know that IIN is always and will continue to be in your corner. The learning never stops at IIN as it continues to keep you elevated to a standard that brings out the best in each one of you. Isn't it wonderful to be celebrated for what you do which comes naturally? Your passion as an Integrative Health Coach is what draws people who are seeking to make significant changes, and you're the one who helps to motivate, inspire, and walk the journey with them. Your value has no boundaries or limits. You are champions among the health community and hold yourselves to that vision. There is much greatness within each of you bursting to be set free to encourage and motivate others to their greatness. There's no stopping you now. Remember that you are your first client. In our journey of helping others, we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves. Knowing what you need and how to ground yourself is the key to self-care. As a Circle coach, I always say it on my first call, "The people I meet today will be different people by the end of our circles." I know this is to be true from the first day you started IIN to this glorious graduation day that a different person has emerged, shining, energetic, bright stars to step out and recreate this transformation with clients. You know enough, you are enough, and you have the power to make changes for yourself and to set a sacred space for your clients to do the same. I celebrate each one of you with virtual confetti, and I'm sending love and positive energy and whatever you do from this day forward. You did it! Congratulations! >> We are so grateful to our Coaching Circle coaches for their help. And we hope you enjoyed your experience. >> Okay, let's take a moment now to look at all the amazing things you've accomplished this year. I know sometimes we forget how far we've come. It's so easy to be hard on yourself and not look at all the great strides you've made. We've put together a slideshow to showcase your work and we can't wait to share your wins with all your classmates. Let's check it out. ["Fireworks" playing] >> Wow, you guys have made so many wonderful changes in the past year, and we are so proud of you. This is also only the beginning. You now have all this information and all of these resources to continue your growth as an individual and as a Health Coach. >> One way to ensure your continued success and happiness is through time management. As Health Coaches, we know how important work life balance is. But sometimes, it just seems like for everything you cross off your to-do list, five more things pop up. >> Well, good news. Joshua spoke about this exact thing at one of our conferences. So we did a little digging to find the video. >> Whoever you are, whether you're a busy mom with five kids or whether you are a single person with no cat, no dog, no nothing, everyone has 24 hours in a day. Somehow some people get it all done. Other people, they're single, they have no pets, they have a 40-hour job and they still can't get things done. If you are that kind of person, you need help. You need to look around at people who have much more complex schedules and notice, they've got the clients, they've got the whole thing happening. So part of time is to crunch things down. Sometimes when I'm doing these paired-share, group-share situations, I'll ask people, "Well, when are you going to do that?" And they'll say, "Oh, next month," or "oh, next week." And I'm like, "Well, all there is is now." So I want you, before we even get started, to be like, what are the three most important things you need to do to build your practice? Right now, what are those? You want to contact that lady with the church? You want to write down... Stop pretending you don't know who to contact and contact the person in the church who can make it happen for you. Write down, please, three things now that you need to do to build your practice. The most important things, not the, "I got to get my filing cabinet in order." It usually involves people. And then the next step is when are you going to contact them. So you take the three most important things, this is like a classic Joshua thing. Circle the one that's the most important of the three. I will demonstrate. What are the three things you have down? >> I only thought of two. But I wrote to write an article and to find a health fair. >> Okay, very good. Write an article about what? >> I don't know exactly, maybe sugar. >> Okay, when are you going to do that? >> I can do it tomorrow. >> Okay, good. >> I have three things. First of all, to set up talks, the second one is to contact the women's group at my temple, and the third one is, I had a few people who had scheduled Health Histories and then asked if they could postpone them, and so I need to follow up with them. >> Okay, let's talk about the... What did you say, the women at the temple? >> Yes. >> Okay. When are you going to contact her? >> I actually have to find out who exactly runs the women's group, but I'm going to contact my cantor who I already had a conversation with and I can do that Wednesday. I can't do it before Wednesday. >> Okay. >> Unfortunately. >> Hi. >> Hi. Three things for you? >> I want to contact a Jewish youth group, they're like 20s and 30s, in DC to do a talk, and I want to contact my office. I've had a really... For some reason, I'm afraid to ask them to do a talk, so I really want to talk to them about doing a sugar lose. >> When people say, "For some reason, I'm afraid to do that," it's what I was talking about, a lot of people, underlying fear. Okay? And it's costing you your life. It's costing... You know, it's not just that person that she or you are afraid of, it's like a lot of things which is the agenda of your life that you walk around being afraid to do, but that's what you're here to do. So then you have to come back next lifetime and you have this reincarnation experience. You might as well just get it done now. And to get it done now, you need to have a buddy, you need to have support, and you need to have a timeline. Timeline means, even though I don't feel like doing those calls today, I'm going to write it down and I'm going to do those calls today. Get momentum happening. Next to those three things, write down, "I'm going to do it on Monday. I'm going to do it on Tuesday." Do you have it already down? Good. I like this kind of person. So which is your most important of the three? >> Well, actually, the most important of the three right now is to take time for myself. >> Good point. So that's another thing, it's called "Work hard, play hard." I work really hard, but when I have downtime, I do what I figured out what is most rejuvenative for me, okay? Sitting around and doing nothing doesn't work. Going to a movie doesn't work. For me, I found what works for me is I get a massage and then I'm back. For some people, it's running 10 miles, for some people, it's going to this best yoga class. You want to find which are... 'Cause you don't have that much rejuvenating time. So which are the things that really give you what's going to make your world come together? What would that be for you? >> It's actually been a combination of things but I've really enjoyed, I started to go to a meditation class. And that's been great. So I'll continue doing that. >> Very good. Okay, thank you. Thank you very much. Thank you, everyone. Figure out how to use this best for you. If you have your three things, I encourage you to focus on the most important things. That way, you'll feel like, in 24 hours, you get the essential things done. And then some things never get done, but you don't want the things that don't get done to be... As a "P" person, I know a lot about getting the peripheral things done first and never getting to the main thing. How many of you notice you do that? You get the peripheral things done, you never get... The point of this exercise is you figure out what the important things are and it doesn't matter if those outside things never get done. It's kind of a discipline. And if part of what you need to do is look after yourself, that's cool, you do that. It's called sharpening the saw. There's no point trying to cut down a tree with a blade that's not sharp. So you take time, sharpen the instrument, being your body, your mind, have some downtime, and then you can go out clearer and get your life done. >> Let's follow Joshua's advice right now and get some momentum going by planning our next steps. Take out a piece of paper and write down three things you want to do to build your coaching practice. >> Now I don't want you to think about it. Just write down three things that are coming to you at this moment that you know are really important. Take a minute to do that right now. >> Okay, now focus on one of those, and write down exactly when you're going to do that one thing, give it a specific date and a specific time. The more specific you are with this, the more likely it is to happen. >> Now we want you to write down the name of someone who can hold you accountable for doing this by the due date that you set for yourself. This should be someone who will actually hold you to your word. So definitely pick someone who you know will support you but also someone who won't let you off the hook. >> You will absolutely see results from doing this simple exercise. And you can do this again on your own time whenever you're feeling stuck. Just really tune into yourself and listen to what's coming up for you. A lot of people are trying to fight time or beat the clock, but the real secret to happiness and success is fully embracing time and just sinking into each moment engaging all your senses. So whether you're walking down the street or working hard on a project, try to bring full presence to each moment and you're going to find that time seems to slow down and you'll enjoy what you're doing more. >> All right, time to switch it up a little bit. We've brainstormed and planned and are ready to take action, and we're building all of this energy, I think we need to release some of it with one of our very favorite things to do at IIN, a dance break. Dance breaks are amazing for bringing in new creative energy while moving out old stagnant energy. So wherever you are right now, we want you to get up and dance, and we're going to do it right here in the studio with you. Are you ready? Let's do it. ["Happy" playing] >> That was great. There's never a bad time for a dance break. Sometimes it's exactly what you need to reenergize, blow off some steam, and get inspired. Take a moment to check in with yourself. How do you feel now? Hopefully, a lot more enthusiastic and refreshed, you got your body moving and shook things up a bit. When there's a lot of change going on in your life, it's important to stay present in your body by doing things like dance breaks or meditation. It's so easy to just put your nose to the grindstone and keep going, but it's essential to your health, happiness, and success to take regular breaks to recharge and gain perspective. As you evolve as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, you'll face changes both expected and unexpected. Taking risks can be scary, but it's a part of life. And it can be fun if you view it as an adventure and know how to deal with it. >> As a change maker, it's important for you to take care of your body, your temple, the vehicle through which you will accomplish your purpose here on this planet. So now we want to share an awesome video from Joshua about how it's important to stay vibrant and healthy through primary and secondary foods so you can live a long, impactful life doing work you love and making a difference. >> We are on the cusp of a massive breakthrough in terms of longevity. At the beginning of the century, people would live till they were, I don't know, average lifespan was 40, 50. I don't have the statistics in front of me, but it has been rapidly rising so that children who are born today have a very good chance of living to 100, 150, really astounding numbers. And so it's important people study, you know, history and arithmetic and whatever you studied when you went to school, almost nobody studies how am I going to live a long and healthy life. But I appreciate you for being here because you're going to be here, most likely you and I will be here for a lot longer than we expected and a lot longer than we budgeted for. [audience laughing] So I'm cautioning you and encouraging you to know that this is coming and to learn to respect and honor and repair your vehicle as you are progressing so that you're not driving a jalopy when you are 80, 90 years old. Our cells and our DNA have a tremendous self-correcting mechanism if given half a chance to be able to continue and live those lives that we wonder about, how did they live to 150. Some of it is what we eat but a lot of it is what we don't eat. Some of it is the food, but some of it is the primary food, loving relationships, spiritual practice, using our body and doing work all day, every day that brings us life. >> Exactly. As Joshua said, life is a long time. Now more than ever people are living really long lives and giving each of us more time for change, impact, and growth. By nourishing your body on all levels through primary and secondary food, you can spread the ripple effect in a really big way by starting with yourself. When you walk your talk, everything falls into place. I want you to take some time to reflect now. In what ways are you walking your talk? And in what ways could you live your mission even more? What's one small action step you'll take tomorrow? It could be something small, having a juice, meditating, or exercising, whatever it is, write it down and commit to it. >> It is so crucial to understand that very small baby steps add up over time. You start with one little action and the momentum just carries through the day. And before you know it, you're right where you want to be, and you have no idea how you got there. That is how real sustainable change happens, just one tiny step at a time. >> Everyone's progress happens on their own timeline. So enjoy the journey and know that things happen when they're supposed to happen. You are exactly where you're supposed to be right now. The only reason to look back is to be curious and learn for the future. >> Now I'm sure some of you might not be feeling ready to coach right now. You're thinking you might need more time or more knowledge. First I want to let you know that that is 100% normal, but I also want to remind you again of how important you are and how much your work is needed in this world. As Joshua has said, people don't need more information, there's Google for that. People need support and they need transformation. And that's where you come in. They need you to walk them through the process and hold their hand throughout the journey. >> You already have everything you need to be successful as a Health Coach. You have the tools to completely transform your clients' lives starting now, not six months from now. What works is getting out there and talking to people about what you know. Invite them to Health Histories. You're ready now. No one needs to be perfect. They just need you to show up, listen, and hold them accountable. Okay, now we've got a video from Joshua with more on how you, as a Health Coach, can help thousands of people. >> How are you today? [cheers and applause] Good, so really and truly, I want you to know that we do all this partly for your edification so you become smarter and wiser and healthier and happier but primarily so that you turn the corner from being a consumer of this information to help the hundreds of millions of people who are totally lost and confused. They are, but their children are even more so and grandchildren even more so. So it really is up to people like me and people like you to make a difference because it's not likely that government or corporations are going to make the difference. So I'm really hoping and praying that you wake up to reality that's out there. That it's really just people like me and people like you creating a grassroots revolution. And I want you to take a moment now to think to yourself a few people, 1 or 2 people, who you can think of right now who would be a potential client for you, either paying or non-paying client, just write that down and put it in your to-do list so that you use the momentum from this weekend to be able to contact them, to work with them, and to expand the ripple effect because each person you work with is really 10 people. The person who you work with, people are going to see that they're getting healthier, happier, "How did you do that?" The person you work with will affect their children, their parents, their grandparents, so there's a very big yield from you initiating conversation. And in addition, there is a vast financial income opportunity for you because, you know, health, how much is your health worth? So when you get momentum building, then things continue and you can be me. I mean, it wasn't that long ago I was you, just reading Geneen Roth, trying to figure out what's true here, how can I make a difference. >> That's really such a great clip. Together, we're creating a movement, and we need you as part of the ripple effect. Okay, switching gears, let's talk about some logistics. Your Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certificates will be printed this month. You'll get them in the mail within 8 to 10 weeks if you're in the US and 10 to 12 weeks if you live internationally. >> All of your Learning Center content will be available for two years after graduation, but discussion forums will be close at graduation, and you won't be able to update your progress tracker on your modules timeline any longer. To save audio, video, and PDF content on your Learning Center app for offline use, tap the down arrow next to each piece. Once downloaded for offline use, there will be an X next to the content in place of the down arrow. This content will not be downloaded to your device permanently and is not transferable in any way. It will only be on the app for offline use. After two years, access to your Learning Center content will be restricted. You will get more information about this, including the specific date when it will become limited in your graduation email. >> As for Facebook, your March 2017 IIN HCTP Facebook group will remain open. You can also connect with over 10,000 fellow IIN graduates by joining the Integrative Nutrition Alumni Facebook group. We'll post info there about events, webinars, post grad courses, and job opportunities. Please continue to follow the group guidelines closely. If you are not sure what they are, you can find them in the File section. Keep in mind that any promotional posts, invites to like your Facebook page, sharing your website or promoting websites will be deleted from the group. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in being removed from the group. >> Next up, you'll get an email from IIN once your graduation has been officially processed. If you have any questions, get in touch through the Help Center and our Student Success Team is awesome and super knowledgeable. >> They really are. Please reach out to us... Reach out to them if you have any questions. They are there to help you and support you. Another thing I want to talk about is the title you've earned as a graduate of the Health Coach Training Program. As you may know, health coaching is an incredibly popular career right now. And the title is often misused by people who don't have the same education that you have. Many doctors, wellness centers, and companies specifically reach out to us to hire our graduates. So to distinguish you, you've earned the title Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. To help let the world know you're the real deal, we're going to give you an awesome digital badge from Acclaim to display this credential. >> These badges can be embedded on all your social media channels, in emails, and even on your website. When a prospective client or employer clicks on the badge, they'll be taken to a page that tells them exactly what you had to master to earn your title. It's like a visual credibility boost. You'll get an email from us next week with all the details and an email from Acclaim the following week with information on how to claim your badge. So keep an eye out for those emails. >> There are a number of ways you can continue to stay involved with the school both as a student and alumnus. We offer advanced courses that allow you to stay engaged with the community while continuing your education. We covered a lot this year. And these courses are an opportunity to dive even deeper into the areas that interest you most. We have IIN Advanced Business Course, a yearlong business training and mentorship program. In addition to the amazing curriculum, you'll get guidance and support from Joshua and our team of business experts both in the Facebook group and on live group coaching calls. You'll also get done-for-you programs, templates, scripts, and resources. To learn more about the program, please visit >> Have you ever thought about writing a book? Another graduate course we have, the Launch Your Dream Book course teaches you how to write, publish, and promote your book. Our team walks you through every step of the process. So if you're not sure where to start or confused about the actual process of publishing your book, we'll show you how. The Launch Your Dream Book course makes it so easy to get your book out there. Check out for more information. >> Lastly, we have our newest course which I am so excited about that dives into a very hot topic right now, the gut. The Gut Health Course provides a comprehensive overview of how gut and digestive health impact your overall health and well-being. You'll learn all about the microbiome, the gut-brain connection, gut imbalance, and dietary and lifestyle modification to support the gut. This course will leave you feeling more confident and prepared to work with clients who wish to improve their digestion and feel great by fostering a healthy gut. Check out for more information. All three of these classes are absolutely incredible and a phenomenal next step on your Health Coach and transformational journey. In each course, you'll get done-for-you resources, absolutely cutting-edge content, and access to an exclusive Facebook community to connect with peers, and get mentoring and support from Joshua and course moderators. Enrollment for all three courses opens April 14, and classes start May 14. Today, you officially become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. We talked earlier about what has transpired for you this past year, what has the journey to becoming a Health Coach looked like for you, maybe you've started taking on clients, made some changes to your own health and wellness, or had the opportunity to positively impact the lives of others while using what you've learned. Now imagine if you could share that experience with another person. How might that impact their life? >> We've talked a lot about the ripple effect, and how what you do has an impact on others, rippling out and affecting the world beyond what we could probably even conceive of. What might the ripple effect look like if you inspired another person to pursue their passion for health and wellness by encouraging them to become a Health Coach? How much further might the ripple effect ripple out? As you consider your own next steps, I want to encourage you to expand your focus to think of at least one other person you could encourage along this path so they too can be a part of this move to be on the leading edge of the health revolution. >> Yes. Who could you inspire to become a Health Coach to pursue their passion for health and wellness? You could become a catalyst for their transformation and career change. >> It's been so fun and inspiring to connect with all of you tonight. Thank you for being here. Keep connecting with your classmates in the Facebook group as we wind down, and Wendy will stick around to answer any lingering questions. Another great opportunity to connect with classmates and fellow graduates is at the IIN Live Conference in Miami. We hope to see you in April. >> Yes, it's going to be an amazing weekend. Now as we come to the end of your graduation, have an amazing day or night wherever you are in the world. >> And one last time, in case all those announcements had you forgetting why you're here, congratulations! You rocked this year, and we're so proud of you. >> Bye.
