I spent 19 years as an entrepreneur,
board member, investor in several asset classes:
securities, private equity, real estate, and of course venture capital.
I launched my first profitable company when I was 18,
and after that I launched seven more companies,
divesting three, and with the others that are still alive and profitable.
I spent four years as an investment manager in private equity,
launching three funds and managing about $2 billion in transactions.
I earned an NBA from Cornell University,
and before that two more masters: a Master in Science and Economics,
and Master in Real Estate Finance.
Before coming to the US on an investor visa six years ago,
I worked in Brazil, Eastern Europe, France, UK, Holland and of course Italy. That's where I'm coming from.
At NSV I feel like I'm perfectly complementing Mark's and David's skills,
as I bring to the table fund management,
both on the operational and the financial side.
One of the my skills is definitely that of international startup scaling.
I'm experienced in due diligence, negotiation, valuation, international acquisition,
corporate scaling, and sales.
I joined Network Society Ventures for two reasons:
the team is stellar, we get along great,
we share the same technology and life vision, and I perfectly complement the team skills.
On a much more opportunistic level, I joined Network Society Ventures
because it has the highest capability of creating value.
