Building a structure around the day for people.
Because they otherwise knew that they would get up in the morning,
prepare and go to work, put their game face on and know that they
were working and then come home. There was that clear boundary.
Now that boundary is missing and you have to almost
recreate that boundary.
And then kind of try to replicate the community aspect of work
in a virtual context, I suppose.
Perhaps you, like me, have resorted to web based meetings,
virtual meetings, like this, and are probably doing that
with more regularity then you would have otherwise.
I know a number of my clients are doing that.
And I am catching up with clients with a cup of coffee.
I call it a virtual coffee. We sit down and have our respective coffee
over a Zoom or a web cam meeting.
