So, there's things called Phytates
that are in grains.
They're considered Anti-Nutrients
because they block the absorbtion
of all the other good vitamins and minerals that you actually need.
And, the way to get rid of that
is by soaking the grains.
This also pertains to things like almonds
and other nuts as well.
By soaking them,
it gets rid of these Phytates and Anti-Nutrients
so it gets rid of the issue completely.
So, if you're looking for certain breads for example,
look for sprouted-grain bread.
Because those grains have been soaked
and sprouted properly to get rid of the Anti-Nutrients.
Also this pertains to something called Oxalates
which is found in a lot of your green, cruciferous vegetables.
It's also found in Kale.
So the way to get rid of that, is by steaming and heating those veggies.
So, simply by cooking them it gets
rid of the Oxalates, which gets rid of your issue
with those anti-nutrients blocking absorbtion
