Ingredients to make the sweet and spicy hot chutney required for Pani Puri are Cumin Seeds Ginger and Green Chilly Mint Leaves Tamarind Jaggery Coriander And Salt, as per your taste. Jaggery, Tamarind and Salt We require these 3 for Sweet chutney And for Spicy Hot chutney we require Mint Leaves and Coriander Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli and Ginger And Salt We put the ingredients for Green Chutney In the mixer Add Salt, as per taste And Grind them in the mixer Now, since we are putting Mint leaves and Corriander So, it will take some time for the mixture to grind Because these are leafy veggies Now, we will add little water for the mixture to grind easily. Add water according to your judgement Depending how spicy hot you want to make it We will mix again after adding water Now, we will filter the water out of the mixture And here, our Hot and Spicy Chutney is ready to be served. For the sweet chutney, we will boil Jaggery Tamarind And Salt, as per your taste Keep boiling the mixture until the jaggery completely dissovles After a few minutes our sweet chutney is ready This is spicy hot chutney And this is sweet chutney Now we have boiled and mashed Chana Dal and Potato And now, how to make pani puri We will first add to the puri, mashed potato And then add mashed Chana Dal And then add spicy hot chutney If like spicy and hot, add more of it And then sweet chutney Add little shev If you want you can add Coriander as well And then sprinkle little Chat masala at the top And then Eat 😉
