>> How do you make the
environment inside your vehicle
an above and beyond experience?
Besides keeping it clean?
It's possible to make
your music choices
be a positive for your rider.
For example, if you're picking
someone up from a concert,
and you have a playlist
of the performer on iTunes
or Spotify,
that shows thoughtfulness
to your rider's experience.
That's going above and beyond.
But if you're driving
with the thought,
"It's my car,
it's my radio, it's my music."
That environment might
not be welcoming to the rider.
A choice based on your
taste leads to fewer tips.
It might be better
to just leave the radio off,
and let you rider tell you
if they want to listen
to any music.
The best way,
to find out if your rider
wants to listen to the radio,
or anything else,
is to say something like,
"If there's anything I can do
to make your
ride more enjoyable,
please let me know."
This gives your rider that
opportunity they might need
to tell you about the radio.
or if they want the window down,
or if they need the heat up.
Whatever will make
them more comfortable.
It's an easy way
to go above and beyond.
Because they'll remember
you taking their comfort
into consideration.
