THOUGHT as a TOOL

Thought as Tool - 19 July 2008 This is Thought. I have done an interview recently about my design and manifestation and purpose within and as the human and human physical body, which is basically you in your entirety as how you exist at this moment. So, using thought as a tool, meaning using me as a tool: Firstly, understand that, thoughts are like a gift on a golden platter, so to speak, if you would understand what I am presenting and expressing and showing you here. How? As follows: Your thoughts reveal and show in quite significant detail a manifested part of you off you -that you have separated yourself from. Alright. But hear this: I would suggest to start off with - beings that are reasonably new to this process - to remain here - what does it mean to remain here? Understand that you've never actually been Here. You've been running cycles inside your mind there. And you spend your time there, which is your mind. You haven't been completely Here, which is a manifested expression of your entire human physical body as existence as all as one as equal. So breathing assists and supports you to remain Here. Because basically you have to practice an amalgamation with yourself to be here, which will eventually become a natural expression of Self. As with everything, you have to start somewhere, which is Here, with breathing. As a thought come up: one thought comes up the mind moves very slowly, meaning, thoughts move very slowly actually - if you would but just give yourself a moment in and as breath. So: as a thought enters your mind, in the breathing, now just breathe naturally, but be aware of your breathing here with yourself. Now you look at this thought. Now - hear me carefully - you have to be so particularly specific with thoughts. Because the thought represents a manifested part of you that you've separated yourself from. And if you literally take that thought Here, what does that mean 'to take a thought here'?: you write that thought down so specifically - what is the essence of the thought, what does the thought consist of, what is inside the thought, what is my experience towards the thought, what did I experience inside that thought, what is the design of that thought - meaning, you have to write down what the thought consists of, the complete specificity of the entire thought: your experience within the thought, your experience towards the thought. And you'll realize: thoughts are always memory based. Always. Some come in pictures, some come in words. You have to kind of identify those two. The picture ones tend to be memories. You have to write down the detail of the picture that comes up as the memory, your experience in that memory, your experience now of the memory - and then see what is that memory showing you to which you are still reacting inside yourself. And if there wasn't a reaction you have to dig and fucking find it. Excuse my word. Because, if there is no experience it means it's an unconscious manifestation which is still influencing and controlling you here. So the thoughts that come up will show you what is exactly controlling and influencing you here to not be in full unconditional self-expression one and equal with yourself as all as one as equal. If the thought comes up in words, you have to investigate and see specifically: what are these words presenting to you, why are they coming up in your mind - that's the first point Because, if thoughts come up in your mind in words, something is talking to you inside of you. Wooooah! Well you have to put up those STOPS because this means huge accepted and allowed separation, huge! Because, something is speaking to you, I mean, who? It's only me here. If there's anything else talking to you: warning signs! I must stop! Why am I talking to myself? Alright, Or what is talking to me? I would suggest also to those starting with process to write shit out -excuse my words- But it is shit inside of you, to use a more direct sense of expression. Because it is stuff that is unnecessarily making your experience of yourself rather horrible. And I am sure beings would not want to experience themselves being horrible anymore. So you write yourself out and down. And in that, your expression of yourself will stand up and step forth. Now with other beings that have been in process quite a while, in developing your self-trust, I'd suggest if there is one thought coming up, wait and see what other two thoughts come up. So you have three thoughts. Because the mind works in pairs of three, which is the primary construct of and which the mind exist in relationship with itself Always three points. If the one thought come up, there will always come two more. You'll see it. Now you take those three thoughts and see what are these 3 thoughts showing you? Because what do these three thoughts have in common? Because - they will, as you write it out, you'll start seeing the correlation between the three, and then from there, you will actually be able to pin-point an entire manifested system construct within and as your physical human body. But those that are just starting process, I'd suggest first start with that one thought principle, tear that thought apart, see what is the thought showing you that you've separated yourself from, how is it controlling you, how is it still directing you, and just stop. So when the thought comes again - and it will come again - you have to see if you have practically assisted and supported yourself within the manifested experience in this world to transcend what that thought represented, which you investigated previously. Because within a thought, you will also be able to see how you can change you within practical application in this world, in this reality. What actual physical change as a physical manifested expression of me must I make to no more accept and allow myself to participate and exist within the thought, but be my individual self-expression here in self-honesty.
