The biggest difference with a top 20 player and a top 100 player is consistency. You see all the top 20 players really are competing well for 20 to 25 tournaments a year. My main goal for every single day is constant improvement. The intensity you put in on the court is the most important thing. When you're playing a match, you're going to give it 100% from start to finish. You should be doing the exact same thing in practice. A lot of tennis is based on feeling, and the sensations you have on court. Zepp allows you to step away from that situation in the moment. And sort of see the numbers, the facts behind the results. Behind whats happening that day. And sort of correlate it to the feelings you have and figure out what works for you, and what it is that you need to do next if you want to get a certain feeling back, or if you want to improve on the sensations you have on court. When you want to focus on power, obviously a big part of it, is going to be consistency. Even though you're on different positions of the court, try to hit the ball the same every single time. Obviously you have to hit a lot of balls, but with the Zepp app, you can really see if you're being efficient, that you're making contact in the sweet spot of the racket, which will help you hit harder, but also be more consistent at the same time. You have to have a confidence and a belief in what you're doing. If you're not constantly getting better, there's somebody out there that is. And you have to use all the resources around you to make sure that you are making that improvement, week in and week out.
