I assume that you are well rested, well fed, and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Now, one topic might take three or four of these ten minute sessions. Maybe even more. Take a break when you are finished with a topic. You can do hundreds of different topics. Just not all at once, OK? One topic every session, or group of sessions. OK . . . Ready? START OF SESSION. So we'll start with a group of general commands. If you have some incomplete aspect of your topic, like CONFRONT, RESPONSIBILITY . . . whatever, from earlier commands, run these in these general commands. So take your topic [and] put it above you. Good. Put it below you. All right. Put it to the right of you. Good. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you. Good. Put it above you. All right. Put it below you. Good. Put it to the right of you. Good. Put it to the left of you. All right. Put it in front of you. Good. Put it behind you. All right. Put it above you. Good. Put it below you. Good. Put it to the right of you. Good. Put it to the left of you. All right. Put it in front of you. Good. Put it behind you. Very good. For the next group of commands we are going to concentrate on the EFFORTS... ...the forces, the masses, the heavy stuff in your topic. All right? So, with special attention on the efforts, the forces, the masses in your topic, put it above you. Good. Concentrating on these masses and forces, put it below you. Good. Put it to the right of you. All right. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you. Good. Still focusing on these efforts, masses, put your topic above you. Good. Put it below you. Good. Put it to the right of you. All right. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. Good. Put it behind you. All right. Still focusing on these efforts, the masses, the forces, the heavy stuff in your topic, put it above you. Good. Put it below you. All right. Put it to the right of you. Good. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you. Very good. In the next group of commands we are going to focus on the EMOTIONS, the feelings in your topic. Your feelings, other people's feelings, even the cat's feelings if you like. Just, whatever feelings there are in your topic, focus on them. So with special attention to the feelings in your topic, put it above you. All right. Put it below you. Good. Still concentrating on the feelings in your topic, put it to the right of you. All right. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you. Good. Still focused on the feelings in your topic, put it above you. All right. Put it below you. Good. Put it to the right of you. OK. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you. All right. With special attention on the feelings in your topic, the emotions, yours and other people's, take your topic [and] put it above you. Good. Put it below you. All right. Put it to the right of you. Good. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. And put it behind you. Very good. I haven't mentioned it, but you should still be rubbing and yawning throughout this. Now if it happens that you feel drained because you have been yawning too much, then keep rubbing. Keep doing the rubbing and the stretching, but just hold off on the yawns. Throttle them down a bit. Just for a couple of minutes. Then you should feel undrained, recharged... ...and ready to roll again. Then just get on with it. All right. So, for the next group of commands we are going to be concentrating on the THOUGHTS, the decisions. OK? In your topic, your thoughts, other people's thoughts, your decisions, other people's decisions. All right. So, focusing on the thoughts of your topic, put your topic above you. Good. Put it below you. All right. Put it to the right of you. Good. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you. Good. Still focused on the thoughts, the decisions here, put it above you. Good. Put it below you. Good. Put it to the right of you. All right. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you. Very good. Still concentrating on the thoughts, your thoughts, other people's thoughts... ...decisions too, put it above you. Good. Put it below you. All right. Put it to the right of you. Good. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you. Very good. We are going to do a few general rounds here. So take your topic [and] put it above you. Good. Put it below you. All right. Put it to the right of you. Good. Put it to the left of you. Good. Put it in front of you. All right. Put it behind you.
