Herzlich Willkommen. Vielen Dank fr Ihr Interesse an diesem Webcast. Was lernen wir daraus? Stelle. That's right. So if we look at how to achieve that, or how to act and make decisions in this cloud environment, first you need to have a look at what the use cases are going to be. The endpoints, how people want to communicate, how they want to communicate externally with the providers or with the teams, because they will be on the road, they may be visiting customers, and that will create an ecosystem where you have multiple things. It can be a simple telephone, but it can be a unified communication endpoint, or it can be a smartphone, and they want to see presentations, or do video from it, or use video equipment that a larger provider is using. You need to look at all that, and communications should be secure. If you're using public applications, like WhatsApp or Skype, it's a typically a bad practice, something that may not comply with regulations, that will not be secure, so the advice would be to use at least professional versions of those applications, such as Skype for Business, or to use applications that have been designed for businesses, not public applications. This will guarantee a high level of security, which is really important for IT when they go to the cloud. That's right, that's an important one, as we can see that 50% of IT decision-makers view security and compliance as one of their biggest challenges. The second pillar is to optimize IT spending with world-class technology solutions. What are the best practices for this one Stéphane? In the past, people were using applications or communication tools whose costs were not easy to control. What we see today is that we go more and more to software in the service world, and communications are going the same way. So you can now buy solutions that are "all you can meet", flat fee models, so you can control your costs, you know exactly what you're going to spend. It's really predictable, you need to make sure to use this type of plan. You also need to target solutions that will help you grow and shrink as your company evolves, because in an ecosystem where you can suffer from competition, you probably want to onboard consultants or new people, but maybe at some point you will need to shrink down, no commitment or flexible plans are really important to get. Also, if you are successful, potentially you'll want to expand and go international, and that's where local companies will not support you, they will not be able to follow you to all of the countries, or you will deal with extra spending, extra charges, so be sure to select the provider that can go with you out of your country, and make sure international options are covered in your plans. This leads us to the third pillar, which is to manage increasing complexities through change management. We have technology drivers, but we also have change management drivers. Let's start with technology. The thing today, as we said, a major trend is to see changes happening more and more frequently, to be able to handle this technology, it's super complex. Going with an external provider, it's their business, they know how to manage that, and they will make sure you're always up-to-date. You don't need to invest in something heavy and deploy it internally with a long project. Going externally, you can have the latest up-to-date versions, maintained, with the right capacities. They're always up and running. If you want to be able to grow fast, the provider is there to manage that for you. Managing this complexity in the cloud, interoperability, ability to connect with multiple vendors. Because you will not be alone on your projects, you will have to discuss with other people. Going to the cloud and relying on a service provider is really bringing you added value to help you handle this increasingly complex cloud era. Then we can look at some change management traditional drivers to make sure we properly onboard users and give them all of the training communications, all of the information they need to be able to use the solution and get the greatest benefit from it. I think you're especially right on that, I know it's part of your expertise in change management. A project only works when there is adoption. This is where you see that it has value. It's not doing a project for its own sake, it's to deliver something people will use day-to-day. It means looking at the ecosystem globally. For example, should they use Google for their calendar or e-mails? The solutions should fit into that. Do they use Microsoft solutions? Exactly the same. It should fit into Outlook, it should remind them that they have a meeting, or a communication, and they should be able to start the meeting from there. The way they want to conduct their business, whether it's from a simple phone, or they are comfortable with one-to-one video meetings, or interviews, or larger meetings, meet recording as a potential feature, the solution should have that. This will give you the adoption and the growth and productivity that your teams need. Thank you Stéphane, and that was our fourth pillar, to make sure we can drive business and innovation through cloud communications. Now let's look at one of our solutions, ArkadinVision, and present the main benefits of ArkadinVision. What we think is that today, ArkadinVision is one of the great solutions to deliver this cloud solution, cloud communication ecosystem, with easy adoption, easy onboarding, and a process to make sure you will be able to have a successful business. What are the main benefits of ArkadinVision? So first it's a native cloud platform, so you can start tomorrow, and it's not a big project to be able to use it. It fits in all kinds of environments. It's compatible with browsers, compatible with video room systems, high-end video room systems, and unified communication endpoints, Skype for Business for example. But you can also use it from a mobile, just a simple application on your smartphone or tablet, and it's really affordable. It's a flat-fee plan. It covers your international needs. It resonates with the major trends we were discussing earlier. That's great. Is it good for SMBs? Absolutely. It's designed for small teams, up to international organizations, at price points that can serve small businesses. You can control what you spend, because you won't have extra charges. Depending on your usage, it's "all-you-can-meet", it's a no-hardware, no-download solution. So you don't need to invest a lot to be able to use it. And it's been designed with some onboarding solutions that will help your teams understand how it works in minutes. That's part of the beauty of the solution. The change management has been correctly implemented into the platform from the very beginning. I also think that's a key item. Now let's look at the main functionalities of ArkadinVision. ArkadinVision brings you everything you need to communicate. So there's HD voice, from your browser or mobile app, You will be able to share your screen It's a commodity on the market You need to show your PowerPoint slides, or you need to work on your latest constructs with your partners or sales people on the road, you can record, you can have people join you from any kind of device, video room systems or UCN points, with HD screen sharing. All of this is available with a free application that you can download on your smartphone, Android or iOS, or your tablet as well. It embeds email and calendar integration, so you're reminded about your next meeting, and you can start from there, whether you are Google friends or Microsoft friends. It's a solution that's easy to use, yet powerful, and it will deliver the productivity you need for your business. You're right.
