The real opportunity, I think, that the Olympic games gives us
is to do something you've never done before.
Maybe it's something you've seen on television,
maybe just going down to your local club,
Don't be put off, it's not just about being an Olympic athlete,
it's about doing something that perhaps you've never done before
and it may be going back to a little bit of exercise,
which you may have actually left behind 15-20 years ago,
but you do not have to be an Olympian to do this.
There are things that you can do in your everyday life
that actually makes life a little more pleasurable.
You can be a little bit fitter,
we're not looking to get you in the Olympic park in five years' time on the 100 metres.
You can get physical activity in any number of areas,
you don't need to be involved in a sports club to climb a flight of stairs,
you don't need to be involved in a sports club
to enjoy a kick-about in the back garden or in a park
with your kids at the weekend.
This is something that you can do without any structures
and without any limitations.
It can be everything from climbing a flight of stairs
through to walking those extra couple of bus stops.
If you have a bike, use it, ride to work.
A little bit more physical activity, not Olympic training,
but just a little bit more activity can make a huge difference to, just your wellbeing.
