I think it's time for 60 Second Real Estate It Is! Today were at the 18th floor of the Savoy here in Rittenhouse Square Showing off this fantastic 1200sqft 2 bed 1 bath unit The view outside these windows are definitely the best part of this unit But, the open concept is a pretty close second This is the swiss army kitchen You see, everything is kind of hidden We have the 'clothes washer,' but for plates is there And then there's the freezer and fridge right here Look at that, you couldn't even tell And, washer/dryer - crazy right? Love these views too And these windows open, how cool is that?
