>> AMANDA: You get
a little warning,
letting you know
that they e-mail you've input
is outside
of your organization.
And this makes sure
that any e-mail you use
is a organizational e-mail
and not a consumer e-mail
like Outlook.
And then you'll successfully
share it with the person
and they should get an e-mail
in their inbox
letting them know.
>> So here you can see
this is the message
that I just received
with a link to allow me
to go and open this in Power BI.
And as Amanda said,
it's really important
to keep hold of this
because you do need the URL
to be able to claim it.
I am going to open up
in a new window.
And this will take me
straight through to that
dashboard that she shared.
You'll see that
when I click on this URL
I don't get the navigation pane
down the left hand side.
So I can't browse
to any other reports
or dashboards
that would exist
in my Power BI Tenant.
And equally this dashboard
won't appear
in my navigation list
when I'm logged into
my Power BI Tenant.
But I can do exactly
the same things
as I'd be able to do
with any other dashboard,
I can click through
to the reports,
I can ask questions about it,
and just the same
as if this was one of my own.
So it's really simple,
being able to
share across tenants
and across
multiple organizations
is just the same
as sharing internally.
And actually that
whole sharing process
really, really simple,
whether it's to individuals,
to groups in your organization,
or even externally.
