[Amanda Cofsky] Depending on how active people in your company are using Power BI, there could be a lot going on. You could have multiple dashboards, and dashboards being shared with you. You could have new dashboards being added to groups that you're a part of. And it could be really hard to keep track of all of this that's going on. And so you can use the notifications center in Power BI to always know what's happened since you last logged in. So when you log into Power BI, if something new has happened, you'll see a little icon up here near the notification center to tell you how many things have happened since you left. So in my case, I've had one new notification. So when I click on it, I'll be able to see that since I last logged in, Will has shared a dashboard with me. You can additionally see previous notifications that you have not actually dismissed, so I had previously logged in and I had seen this notification that a dashboard was added to a group that I've been part of, but I wanted to save that for later. Because at the time, I was logged into Power BI for a very specific purpose. I wanted to do something and get out. But I wanted to remember that this happened so I could go look at it. So I didn't choose to dismiss the notification. Now that I've seen it, I can go ahead and hit the little X, and I'll no longer see that notification in my notification pane. Another thing you can do from the notification pane is you can jump directly to the dashboard that was either shared or added to your group. So when I click in that link, I'll be jumped directly to this dashboard. This notification center is shared between all of your devices, so if you use Power BI both in the web and on your mobile device, the notification center is shared between it. So no matter if you're at your desk or on the go, you'll be able to see your notifications. So this notification center is a really great way for you to always know what's going on in Power BI every single time you log in.
