to help companies plan
a holistic risk management program
and define the road map for
the RSA Archer implementation and governance.
For our partners,
the RSA professional services team may be engaged to fill
various roles or provide specific skill during any phase of an engagement.
Let's take a look at
some other specific offerings
where RSA can provide additional support and expertise for our partners on customer engagements.
We have a few offerings to highlight for partners.
The first is the Product Strategy
and Design Review.
Sometimes our partners engage RSA to participate in product design workshops
or conduct a review of design documentation.
Our second offering is Integration Expertise.
The flexibility of the RSA Archer platform allows for
integration with many third party systems.
The RSA team has deep technical expertise to help code API integrations,
excess ALT T for data feed integrations,
as well as providing guidance on design for any type of integration.
Whether it's for a hostered instance
or on-premises installation,
we can help with best practices
and ensure optimized performance of integrations.
Our next offering is
the Solution Packaging and Migration.
Migration of configuration changes moving from a development instance to testing,
and then to production instance can be done with
with the RSA Archer packaging functionality but it takes time.

For upgrades, we can provide expertise and best practices
to aid with performing upgrades to our latest version of the RSA Archer platform.
We offer fixed price services,
not only to ensure the right infrastructure's in place to move forward with the upgrade process,
but to also guide partners through the process for either one instance or up to three instances.
Our next offering is Hardware Sizing and Performance Health Checks.
This service helps customers and partners evaluate the infrastructure supporting the Archer environment
and provides recommendations on how to improve or capitalize for optimum performance.
This service is ideal for new customers prior to solution implementation
or for existing Archer customers,
who have made significant changes to their environment that could impact performance.
Another offer is our
Expert On Demand Subscriptions, which are good for partners
if they're unsure of when
or how to engage RSA for assistance.
These are fixed price subscriptions with a bucket of hours for specific or non-specific tasks.
RSA offers bronze, silver, gold, and platinum subscriptions
which equal to 40, 80, 160
or 320 hours per year.
These may be used at anytime
and simply require advanced notice
to schedule a consultant with the right desired skill set.
There are also strategic services available, which are custom quoted
quoted based on complexity, business requirements,
and other contributing factors.
These services require a scoping call to derive the level of effort
needed to address the requirements in order to generate a statement of work.
Lastly, we provide
Staff Augmentation.
