Working with toolbar

In this movie, we'll look at the toolbar.
The toolbar has different tools for manipulating artwork.
You'll notice that some of the tools have a black triangle at the bottom-right.
That means there is a flyout menu if you hold your mouse down on that tool.
So for example, the Free Transform tool has a flyout menu.
So if I click and hold my mouse down I'll see the Gradient Transform tool.
So if I click and hold my mouse down I'll see the Gradient Transform tool.
Notice that if you hover over a tool, you'll get the tool's name and the
tool's keyboard shortcut.
So if I hover over the 3D Rotation tool, I'll see that it's called the 3D
Rotation tool and that its keyboard shortcut is W. So I can press W on my
keyboard to highlight the 3D Rotation tool.
As far as keyboard shortcuts go, there are a few keyboard shortcuts you may want
to memorize in the toolbar.
The first one is the Selection tool, and the keyboard shortcut for that is V.
The other one is the Text tool, keyboard shortcut is T. Finally, if you want
to throw a third one in there to memorize right now, I would memorize the Free Transform tool.
Those are the three most common tools that you are going to be working with in Flash.
So if you memorize V for the Selection tool, T for the Text tool, and Q for the
Free Transform tool, you are good to go.
So again with the toolbar, just remember that there are flyout menus.
Then if you hover over the tools, you can get the keyboard shortcuts you need.
