Healing Miracle?

Hey there guys, this is Dr. Matt Kreinheder and the question that I'm asking this week is "What is a healing miracle?" Its a questions I've been thinking about a lot recently You know we hear this term thrown around "healing miracle" and I wonder if they exist and if they do, how do make them happen? ♫♪♫♪ What is a miracle? How would you even know if you saw one? In some traditions they say that miracles are just higher laws of the universe that we don't understand yet. While, I'll grant you, that sounds completely airy and ungrounded, If you take it in context it makes sense. So image that you could show a caveman how to make one rock move just by putting another rock close to it. they would think, that is absolutely a miracle! It's magic and they would want to make you their tribal healer and give you squashes and beads. Just kidding of course Now, we know, that that's magnetism and we understand it and it makes sense scientifically because we have studied it and understand how it works. so another factor that comes into play when we're talking about miracles is time. Now, if you had a cut on your hand, and it took 2 weeks to heal no one would write the newspaper about it that's how long it takes for a cut to heal. But if you cut your hand and you took the bandage off later that day and there was no sign of a cut People would say its a miracle. I'm going to get a bit deep here so bear with me. Now Einstein told us that time, like all things, is relative. We experience it in a linear flow, but it's actually in flux. sometimes moving more rapidly, sometimes moving more slowly. And we even know, that sometimes on the quantum level, it moves backwards. So if our perception of time is really the variable here. It makes sense to me that either we have everything, all healings are miracles or nothing is ever a miracle and if that is the case, could it be that we just have faster moving miracles and slower moving miracles? I'll leave that up to you to decide for yourself. So what does it take to have one of these miracles occur? when I've seen people make rapid changes or a major life shift there are usually 3 things present. The first thing is, they do something out of the ordinary. Now whether this is to see a new healer like a Chiropractor or Acupuncturist or go to see a clinical psychologist or maybe its that they quit their job that's been stressing them out. or they leave that relationship that's not working for them. they create an opportunity for something new to happen. So the second is they don't know what to expect. So maybe, logically, this condition is supposed to take 6 months to heal and they don't know it when you have expectations, it makes reality really concrete. and our brain has a hard time accessing something new and different that isn't exactly what our expectation is. The third thing is, they go "all in". Even when it gets uncomfortable, even when it gets rough they say "no matter what this is, I'm going to get to the bottom of it" "I'm going to change" "I'm going to do something different". and they go "all in". Have you ever heard the saying "If you keep on doing what you're doing, you're going to keep on getting what you're getting"? Well this is true in life. If you get up in the morning and you eat your conflakes, you go to work for 8 hours you come home, eat your meatloaf . . . . wait, no, not that meatloaf you watch tv and then you go to bed. And you do this day in and day out. There is no variety. Your life needs new input, it needs novel experiences. It needs something different. When you change 1, 2 or even all 3 of these things you give your brain and your nervous system new input. You give it the opportunity to see life in a new and different way and you get more resources for hope and excitement which are so crucial for healing. So, I talk about miracles because their fun. And, if they're just higher laws, then their able to be figured out and used in real life and i think that's pretty cool. So I'll pose the question from the beginning again. "What is a miracle" "How would you know if you saw one?" What kind of miracle are you looking to create in your life?
