What is that one thing
that everybody over 50 must do
for health and well-being
that he or she may not be doing?
What is it?

and that is "commit."
Commit to making health your hobby.
And it's something I learned
in my first year of medical school
from a great mentor of mine.
And once you commit
to making health your hobby,
you realize that health and being healthy
can actually be fun
and the most enjoyable thing in your life.
But it takes commitment.
