Sushi Facial

You know what's my favorite type of food? Sushi. It's not only yummy, but did you know that it can actually benefit your skin? What? Really? Although fish is really good for your health, I'm just talking about the seaweed itself. Most sushi will have seaweed wrapped around it, and if you have any leftover sushi, or even better - seaweed paper. Just use a small strip. And dip the seaweed in warm water to soften it up. Let it soak for 5 minutes, you want the seaweed to feel soft. Now apply the seaweed all over your skin. Seaweed is rich in beneficial minerals, vitamins, and amino acids. It's also very rich in B-complex vitamins. And it has potassium and calcium, both essential minerals. The seaweed mask softens, hydrates, and repairs damaged skin cells. The face is left vitalized, glowing, and refreshed. The mineral's not only help to detoxify the skin, but it also helps to improve the skin's elasticity. Now let the mask dry for about 10 minutes or so. And yes, you are gonna look a little scary. you'll feel the seaweed drying. And when time's up, remove the seaweed by washing it off or using a wet wash cloth. Your skin is going to feel extremely soft. It should feel cool and refreshed. Finish off with using your skin care products. Here I'm using IQQU Acne Serum. It has a high dosage of retinol, which is the purest form of vitamin A. This will help my skin turnover, making my skin appear radiant and blemish-free. So now you are finished! See how you can just take leftover sushi and turn it into a fun game of care mask. I hope you enjoy this tutorial and of course the sushi. Good Luck!
