Agata Wiatrowska has been around horses since childhood and even ran her own riding school for ten years before embarking on business studies and a consulting career. She is a certified Horse Assisted Education trainer and serves on the board of the European Association of Horse Assisted Education.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self- organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. These events are branded TEDx, where x=independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
