[Female speaker] Tenant administrators need to be able to see how Power BI is used within their organization and also be able to manage access to their data. With that in mind, we have a feature called the Admin Portal. Whenever you're in Power BI, you'll be able to access the Admin Portal from the Settings gear. And assuming you are a tenant administrator for your Office 365 account, you'll be able to see the Admin Portal option. And when you click it you'll be taken to the Admin Portal, which has three tabs. The first tab is Usage Metrics. And these metrics help you understand how Power BI is being used in your organization currently. So we let you know how many dashboards, reports, and data sets exist in Power BI within your tenant. We give you an idea of who are the users with the most dashboards and reports. We also show you which dashboards are being shared the most so you have an idea of which dashboards are the most important within your company. You can also see which are the most consumed data sources in your company. So this would be anything you can do under Get Data. So one of the SaaS content packs or your organizational content packs. You'll see which of those are being connected to most frequently here. You'll also be able to see the same information for groups within your organization so you can also understand how groups are being used along with Power BI. The next tab is the Manager Users tab, and for Power BI what we do is we take advantage of Office 365's Admin Center to manager users. So when you click on this button, it will open in a new tab the Office 365 Admin Center, and you'll be able to go into the user portal and be able to manage licenses. The last tab is the Tenant Settings tab. This tab lets you be able to control some features of Power BI that you might need to to be able to keep the data with the right levels of restrictions for your company. So for example, if you don't want any dashboard reports to be published to web, you can turn off publish to web here. You can also turn off export data and publishing content packs to your entire organization and also being able to share content to external users. With these switches you'll be able to have more control over what's happening with your dashboards and reports within your tenant. With these three features, you should have a good overview of how Power BI is being used in your company and also be able to have the control you need to feel comfortable using Power BI in your organization.
