Welcome back to another
episode of Mind Body Spirit.
I'm Dr. Kayte and today's guests are here to talk about their journey and how genetics helped to save their relationship. From my perspective, things changed dramatically. - Dramatically. - Yeah. I mean, first of all, - she became very self aware. - Yeah. In the beginning, she wasn't aware when she was in a bad mood. Now, if she's in a bad mood she becomes aware of it. - You can feel it? - Yeah. - And only lasts a minute, right? - Mhm. And then it goes away without even her trying to make it go away. Whereas the other time, it would last for a whole day. And It was like she would just loop, like I don't understand, how you could do that? I couldn't get out of it. I think that's kind of part of the physiology, is that we can't control it, and we get so upset at ourselves for not being able to. At least I do when I get into a mood, and then I'm upset about the mood, and then I don't even know why the mood happened. And then I'm upset about being upset! I just have to say, this is very venerable that you guys shared this. I know it's very personal information, but it's also just so relatable. And if your story can help other people, and they can use their own genetics to help their relationship, help their lives, that's an incredible thing. Be a part of the future of gene-based health.
