If you you were the president today, would you dissolve the Congress? There is no doubt in my mind. I would make a coup in the same day. The same day! It does not work at all. And I am sure that, at least 90% of the population would make a party and clap. Because it does not work. The Congress, today, does not have any use, buddy. It does only vote on things that the president wants. If he is the person that decides... ...that gives orders, that rolls over the Congress..... Make the Coup!
