Erected on September 10, 2015 Four days after the Deaf Protest 2015, Washington DC (September 5-6, 2015). Hello, Hello! Deaf American Citizens, we all are equal in the eyes of God filled with so many different aspects of Deaf Culture(s). Diversity is so broken down...
