This is an easy-to-do ballet exercise for both non-dancers & beginning ballet students which will relax & stretch you from head to toe. It can be done at any time standing in one spot. You will make pliés, bend & twist your body, & move your arms. First, Finis Jhung shows & explains the exercise, & then NYCB soloist Antonio Carmena demonstrates with the music while Finis stands by & coaches.
