This word Karpas, this herb,
is the single element, physical element in this universe,
that embodies to the fullest extent,
there can't be more than that, the fullest extent,
of creating a cosmic effect of hassle.
That's why they chose the 'Karpas' as to be part of our software. Why?
Because immediately, before we even begin whatever we're going to begin,
the hard work was the hassle, the uncertainty.
So what do we do with it?
RIght away, at the beginning: to show that all beginnings,
of anything that we could consider to be freedom,
is the removal of hassle.
And what do we deep it in to?
Salt water. Why?
Why do we perform this kind of act?
Because that is the way we're going to eliminate,
in other words, a tradition? My eye, my foot!
Nothing to do with tradition.
We are taking an embodiment of 'Karpas',
and we are gonna turn that into what?
Into positive. Do you know what salt is?
I mean, without salt, is a saline solution, water,
is the aspect of sharing, the aspect of positivity.
It is the only thing that can bring something under control
that we've been discussing. This is what the Matzah is about,
the aspect of sharing.
