I like storytelling, that's the reason I'm a journalist. For a lot of immigrant members of the community, they need to know what happened. Language barriers are always a big obstacle for a lot of immigrants. My work is to be the bridge. Asian American community has been facing a lot of racism and violence against us. So that's one of my major focuses, fighting the virus, financial hardships, and also dealing with the racism and violence. During this crisis, people are more willing to help each other because the pandemic exposed people's vulnerability, people's weak points. When you are facing a big challenge or obstacle you utilize your strength and power to rise. My name is Han. I'm a reporter, I write for the Chinese language newspaper.
