[icare] Hello, I'm Brian Tyler. [Brian Tyler, CEO] McKesson is a special place to me. I've spent most of my career here. And that's because what we do matters. And how we do it matters just as much.

To me, what sets McKesson apart is our people and our culture. And our ICARE values are foundational to all that we do and all who we are as a company.

[icare] ICARE has unified us for over 20 years. [Integrity, Customer First, Accountability, Respect, Excellence] And it continues to stand the test of time. Through periods of challenge and complexity, through eras of growth and innovation, ICARE guides all that we do.

These company-wide values are the foundation of our reputation as a trusted partner that goes the extra mile for our customers and their patients. We anchor every interaction, every decision, and everything we do in ICARE.

And whether you're new to McKesson, or if this is a refresher on ICARE, I wanted to share what ICARE means to me personally, and how, as the CEO, I expect ICARE to be lived throughout the company each and every day.

[Integrity We do what's right] There's a reason that integrity is the first value in ICARE. In every situation, we're expected to do the right thing in our actions and in our decision making, especially when those decisions feel hard. We're committed to the greater good, and we deal openly, fairly, and ethically with customers, with suppliers, and with each other. And when something isn't right, we call that out. That's what integrity means at McKesson.

ICARE means putting customers [Customer-First] at the center of everything we do. We succeed when our customers succeed. That means we take the time to know their business, their challenges, and to help them address those challenges. We're the partner to overcome the hurdles that may stand in their way.

But I don't think this value only applies to those in customer-facing roles. Maybe you're in technology, helping code infrastructure for pharmacy systems. Maybe you're in a distribution center, picking and packing critical medications or supplies. Or maybe you're helping fellow employees through roles in Human Resources, Legal, or Accounting. Every one of us helps deliver on our mission of improving care in every setting.

Accountability. [Accountability] This is an important one to me. [We're all accountable to our success] When we make commitments, we deliver on those promises. It's how we build trust with our customers. It's how we build trust with each other. Because when we're all accountable to McKesson's success, we will achieve that success.

[Respect] ICARE means treating people with respect and dignity. [Dignity, consideration and open-mindedness] We value diverse styles and skills at McKesson. We recognize everyone's contributions. And we stay open to listen actively to each other's perspectives. We want everyone to feel welcome and included. We should all feel comfortable to be ourselves at work and to have a real sense of belonging.

When you put integrity, customer first, accountability, and respect all together, [Excellence] excellence is the natural result. [We go above and beyond] Excellence is what McKesson is known for. I hear it from our customers, I hear it from our partners, and I hear it from our colleagues.

Our people are never complacent. We always strive to achieve excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency for the better health of the customer and for the better health of our industry. And that means we go above and beyond. We aim high. We continually raise the bar on ourselves.

Our culture is further brought to life through ILEAD, which is our commitment to leadership behaviors across our work and our business. I take great joy in how I see ICARE lived out each day here at McKesson. I love that you can visibly see and experience our values the moment you walk in the doors or interact with our teams. I love hearing stories of the impactful ways you support our company and all the areas of health care we touch.

So my challenge to you is to thoughtfully invite ICARE into your daily routine. Take a moment and reflect, even for just a minute, on how you contribute to our cultural promise each day. And once you've done that, I invite you to join me in saying I am ICARE.
