Corporate culture is fundamental. It is this philosophy that is shared at the international level.
Skills management is the very product of adaptation to the market.
We must evolve. In addition, we need to share with one another.
We need to know how to collaborate. In countries like China or Russia,
collaboration is imposed. We must impart our best practices
and adapt our mentalities and culture to the country in question.
At CSC, we have standardized many of our processes.
We have attempted to be innovative and to adapt these processes to the services provided,
whether to our clients or to our teams, while leaving room for flexibility,
for both cultural and economic adaptation (problems are different from one country to the next).
We do not have the same cost structures. However, we must not forget the "see-saw effect" necessary
between a strong corporate culture and the need to constantly adapt and improve collaboration.
