How small companies can attract talent_1

People really like to build stuff.
They want to look back on their career
and say, "Yeah, we did that.
We built this great thing."
And it's something that they can be proud of.
And larger organizations,
especially that dominate a market,
it's not as clear
the ways you can do that.
The ability to build things
are what people really are looking for,
a lot of people, not everybody.
Some people just want to get up,
go to work, go home.
And that's perfectly OK.
But for your key decision-makers,
for people you want to be on your team,
in the right seat,
what they're looking for is the ability
to build something
that they can look back on,
their career,
and get excited about. Or at least spend a couple of years doing it. Depending on where they're at in their life, there's all sorts of things that go into that. But that's one way smaller companies can attract talent.
