Northeast Passage - Team

When I think of the Northeast Passage team I kind of..am at a loss for words, almost because it's so awesome, there are so many great pieces whether it's us, our volunteers, our participants, it's kind of one big team that comes together and makes everything cool. [laughing] I think, that we are all very fortunate to be on this team. I think it's one of the things that when I started Northeast Passage I wanted to create an environment that people loved to work in ..and, in my belief system, if you take care of the team the team will take care of the individual
