When we go in the bus, the driver did not give us the mineral water.
We take the water by self-serivice. From this, he is lack of customer service. Then, the surrounding and environment in the bus is consider as good. The bus driver has stop at one station and let the passenger to go to the wash room.
The driver has help us to carry the luggage in and out from the bus.
The customer service of the bus driver is good for these.
