In this video, you'll learn how to enroll
your mobile device
for management by your company
so you can access company apps and resources
like email.
Your organization will manage your device
by using Microsoft Intune
and might require that you enroll your device
before you can access your work email.
If so, you'll see a message like this
in your inbox.
To set up your device for Intune management,
tap Get started now.
The entire process should take
just a few minutes.
First, sign in with your work account.
This is your full work
email address and password.
Now you see the company access set up page.
Tap Begin followed by Enroll
to start the enrollment process.
On the workplace screen,
tap Add Account
and sign in with your work account again.
Here you see that you've successfully
added your work account to the device,
so tap Done.
Now return to the company access setup page
and give the status a few minutes to update.
During this time, Intune is checking
your devices compliance
with your company's security policies.
For example, your company might require
that you set a password to secure your lock screen.
If so, tap Set, Create a new password,
and tap Done.
Back on the Company access setup complete page,
tap Done to finish enrollment.
Now the only thing left to do is to install
the company portal app
so you can install apps and manage your devices.
First launch the Store app
on your Windows phone 8.1 device.
In the store, search for Company Portal
and then tap Company Portal
in the search results.
On the Company Portal screen,
tap Install to download and install it.
Now that you have successfully
enrolled your device,
you should have access
to your work email shortly.
