A couple years ago I weighed
22 stone, I was about 18 stone
when I joined SKIM
and now I'm down to 14
The biggest difference the programme has made
to me is awareness, I've been made aware of how much food to eat,
what kind of food to eat,
how to exercise properly
and how to set my goals properly.
Some of the main benefits of SKIM were I found the group to be
very supportive and
they gave great advise.
If you had a problem everyone would come together and they would have
different suggestions on how to
help you with the problem.
I would recommend it if anyone was looking for that kind of,
family feeling group support.
