Testing Seadrive Connectivity

[MTS SEADRIVEā¢, TESTING SEADRIVE CONNECTIVITY]
In this video, you'll learn how to test whether SeaDrive
can successfully connect to MTS server
to ensure records are syncing
between ship and shore.
First, we need to sign in to Windows.
At the log in screen,
click the Ctrl Alt Del keys on your keyboard.
Click Switch user then shipadmin,
and enter the password provided
in the SeaDrive admin user guide.
Once signed in, open Internet Explorer,
in the address bar,
enter mtsondemandservices.com
and press the enter key.
If the page displays that word "Hi",
SeaDrive is able to connect to the MTS server.
However, if the page displays an error,
SeaDrive is unable to connect.
In this case,
you will need to inform your network administrator
so they can troubleshoot.
