your own soul, wakes up, in waking, dreaming and sleeping
... you have reached the state of cosmic conciousness
Mindfulness practice can be simple, in the beginning
To be mindfull of eating, when eating
To be mindfull of sitting, when sitting
To be mindful of walking, when walking
To be mindfull of your thoughts, to be mindfull of your emotions
To be mindfull of your self, but not as a separate self
as connected to the patterns of intelligence that weave the tapestry of the whole cosmos
One of the greatest teachings that come to us from ancient times
is that the highest form of human intelligence is the ability to witness yourself, to observe yourself
without judging yourself, mindfulness will bring you that skill
