Just to say, very briefly, the socio-economic part of this is
is critical and it is imperative that we have a unified coherent
plan to addresses social economic issues in Cabo Delgado. Steph you
pointed out, we have about a half a billion dollars in aid to the
country each year. Admittedly,
We weren't focused on Cabo Delgado for reasons that they're much
larger and more populous provinces where we can have a greater
impact but since the Insurgency and because of the growing population
in Cabo Delgado as well, we've looked to refocus some of our
programs in health, education, social programs and developing that area
as well.
And we've looked to coordinate through our leadership among the
International Community, that they would do the same and frankly,
we've had a very good, I think, record in coordinating, working together
with the International Community, which is not always the case in
countries, and I think we've had a good a good quote collaboration
there
