Adding and Assigning Ranks

[MTS SEADRIVEā¢, ADDING AND ASSIGNING RANKS]
In this video, you'll learn how to add ranks into the system
and assign them to users.
This is useful when running reports by rank.
Let's get started.
First, sign in to your account.
Then click the Settings wheel then select Ranks.
Then click the New Rank button.
In the rank field, enter the rank
based on the naming convention used by your company,
then click the Check mark.
The rank has now been added.
Complete these steps until each rank has been added.
Once done, you're ready to sign users to their ranks.
To do so, click the Users tab,
search for user and then click their name.
Click the Profile tab and scroll down to the rank menu,
select the rank
and then click the Update User button.
The user has now been assigned the rank
and you may complete these steps
for the remaining users.
That's it.
Now when users complete the training,
you'll be able to run reports by rank.
