How to make easy party appetizers

[howdini - get yourself a guru] Here are two easy appetizers that come together in minutes for those unexpected guests. [Easy Party Appetizers] This Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip recipe is so great because nothing needs measuring. [Michele McAdoo for the Kraft Kitchens] I've bought a package of frozen spinach and drained it really well. Add some cubed Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, [utensil scraping on bowl] some Philadelphia Cream Cheese, one can of diced tomatoes with chiles, and eight slices of cooked and crumbled bacon. Stir these together and then microwave on high for about five minutes or until the Velveeta is melted. Make sure to stir halfway through the cooking to make sure that everything melts evenly. This also makes a great appetizer to bring to a party because you can just combine all the ingredients in a microwaveable container and then heat it up when you get there. Take along a bag of assorted Nabisco or Christie crackers, vegetable dippers, and you're set. Our second idea is a crostini recipe that only needs four ingredients. Stir equal amounts of Miracle Whip Dressing or Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise and Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese. Then add some chopped green onions. We're going to stir this together. [stirring] Once it's combined, spread this mixture onto Triscuit crackers, then bake them in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 4 to 5 minutes or until the tops are bubbly and golden brown. What could be easier than fabulous appetizers that you can put together with what you already have on hand? [chimes jingling] [www.howdini.com]
