and this a shoulder exercise
after that we will perform exercise related to shoulder stretching
now i will give you a look how to perform this exercise
after that i will also tell you that how many reps to do
and on which muscle it will put a stress
like you have to perform like that
just lift the dum bells up
like here and lift like that
and be down slowly ...ok
it will put stress on this muscle ..deltoid
it is known as deltoids
now you can perform 5 reps
