[What does it mean to be a modern family?]
[Mr. Michele] I know for Linda and I,
being spontaneous and being able to adapt quickly
in an ever-changing world with Twitter and smartphones,
and things are changing.
We can adapt ourselves,
whether it's going out to dinner at the last moment,
and finding family things and family times to be together.
We just can do that so quickly.
[How were things different when you were growing up?]
[Linda Michele] I think that it's, there's no traditional family anymore.
A family unit can be anything that it needs to be.
Moms working, dads working, children contributing.
So it's changed everybody's roles.
Everybody has to be able to do everything and still stay connected,
and it's challenging at times.
