we like to suggest Greek yogurt as it often
has double the protein per serving amount.
However, sometimes individuals still say
I really, really LOVE the flavoured.
But for the flavoured if you look at the typical single serve yogurt
there’s easily 3 teaspoons of sugar added for you.
That’s why it’s better for you to start out plain,
add a little bit of fruit and seeds and if you really have to add that little extra sugar
1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup is better than the 3 teaspoons they’ve added for you.
