There's been a massive social change.
Now when you go to Saudi Arabia, you see women everywhere.
You see them on the immigration counter when you land
in the airport,
you see them at the counter in hotels at receptions
booking you in,
and you really, really see women coming into the workforce
in large numbers.
And the government itself has a 2030 Vision
and they want to increase female participation
in the labor force from
a current low of 22%
right up to 35% to 40%.
So that is a massive change.
Which is very gratifying to see
and also to be part of because we advise our clients on
how to recruit women,
how to deal with it in the workplace
because there are cultural issues as well.
So that's been a very
rewarding thing to be part of and to see,
to witness and to see happen.
