30 years in the Middle East | Market Sophistication

When we started Clyde & Co,
the region was much smaller,
much less developed than it is today.
What we could see over time was
that the region was becoming more sophisticated,
the clients were becoming more sophisticated,
their demands were becoming more sophisticated.
And we have adjusted our business model,
we have adjusted our geographic footprint
to follow the clients and be able to be, if you like,
ahead of the curve
so that when we needed construction specialists,
we had construction specialists.
When the clients wanted IT specialists,
we had IT specialists.
When they wanted marine specialists, we had marine specialists.
And we developed our business model
to respond to what the clients' needs were
and what we could see they were going to be
as the sophistication of the region increased.
