My first question is for you to tell me a little bit about your view of how the network and the mesh create the full picture to enable inclusive participation of state holders in order to make the network meaningful all the members of the network need to have a common goal, something they all want to achieve and by having a constructive dialogue between diverse group of people which are really expressing basic human needs everyone can relate to you can constructure to all which can combine the interests of the state holders it's not easy, it's not simple but that's the way to go in my opinion we have to try to do this way and that is what they have in common. Did you find that technology was a fundamental enabler for this to happen when you had your inclusive participatory experience ? Well the experience was the basic of our meeting, of course there was technology in communicating with participants but on the other hand the technology plays a crucial role in what is to come after the dialogue the collaboration and design and problem solving that is technology is this new tool that changes the potential of inclusive participation was to get it further in a much better condition than before. Some people downplayed the meanings of these experiments, what is your opinion of what happened since then ? Well what happened since then is that a lot of things have been happening under the surface people have started thinking differently on how they can how they can coop in difficult situations meaning they can come together and they can find a solution together and this form have been used very wisely in Iceland and all the places and I think it is like a virus, it is infiltrating the way people think and operate although on the surface the institutions are skeptical and fighting against this because they are afraid this will lead to something different from what they desire. I would like to ask you one question that might be even more important which is, what is the average age range in which people were more prone possibly contributed to the cause of talking about issues and also concretely affecting the outcome ? And what was your practical intention in how to engage the younger layer of citizens and participants of this change in the discussion and the action afterwards ? Just to put Cosimo's question in context, he is 20 years old so that you know Well, I just happen to have on my side, my son who is 23, he is working with young people in relation to school and this is because mobilizing the students in the same kind of process talking about their own future not thinking or exercise for them but on the other hand if you can question what we have in the events of the water that young people, the youngest are from 18 to 25 they were under represented so they were fewer than the sample so the most participation came from people from let's say from 30, 35 to 45 that was the group that really came in the largest number so that is an issue, I think it is very important is to say how can we mobilize the young people all we did recently this spring the minister of culture and education in Iceland organized a * meeting of young people from 16 to 25 they came to Iceland *** the countries and they organized this kind of * courses with them and I was started, by seeing what was the quality of the pay coming from these people absolutely very mature, on the situation and the future and very healthy passionate for their future really and they were saying all the time were saying why don't you include us in your political and make it accessible for us because after all you are expressing our future not your future you all politicians will not be there in the next 50 years so, that was a very pleasant exercise to thinking about it, they were asking for it very strongly you want if you want and if you want to be wolf, not on the terms of grown up people you want to be more of a *, right I think some of the problem, is that we offer the young people to participate from our terms you know, that doesn't suit them so, thank you again and looking forward to continuing our conversation okay thank you, same here and I'll here from you about the ** okay, bye bye
